With a focus on teaching the game, I encourage all players to come to my table. Don't worry about previous experience, don't worry about what others are doing. Bring and play your own character the way that feels right for you. I generally play published modules so you know that you are getting a well balanced, consistent experience. No T.R.A.S.H.Y. players or behaviours T -> Transphobic R -> Racist A -> Ableist S -> Sexist H -> Homophobic Y -> Yeetable (poor choices not necessarily related to discrimination) LBGTQ+ Friendly, No Racism, No Misogyny, No Bullying.

How Lloyd Johnston (Geldhart) runs games

I like to have a balance of role playing and combat, and will adjust to player wants. I have no issues with players trying non-violent alternatives to combat, but just remember, Nat 20 is not mind control. I want all players to have fun, and not have one player monopolize the table experience. My NPCs may seek out other players to give them the spotlight for a time.
