About the adventure
Dragons created magic, it was only natural they created a school for others to see their skills and learn from them. Each dragon is proficient in something specific whether it is the flight of Volan's or the Wealth of Aurum. It took the 5 Founding Dragons to form the Nexus, a realm between each of them where they could learn together and share knowledge. A golden age had come and gone. Dragons had dwindled, and yet the society's they formed followed in their wake. Solaris endured and founded a society of Golden Leonis, High elves and Tabaxi. They fostered the capacity of their divine. Solaris had a son called Tallius Goldwing and they have glorified her ever since. Next came Nocturna and their love of Shadows, the Dark Elves and underdark brethren were bred by her. Then came Ignis and his Orcs, Giants and Dawrves rallying to their cries and warmongering. After came the Aquilon, their Sea planet ruled by Sea Elves and Locathah. Finally came Verdant, a planet of Agriculture and Druid's. Centaur, Halflings and Humans Each of these have come together at The Nexus but only a few favoured students are allowed from each realm every year. Political strife, assassinations and Nepotism runs so much of it. Now something stands to tear it all down.

About me
I have always wanted to collaborate on stories and ttrpgs are perfect. I love political intrigue, well written dialogue and fantastical worlds. In saying that the cyberpunk sci fi future of warnings of our current climate is incredibly intriguing and playing a game in all these different worlds. Also love a bit of home-brew.

Creating your character
We will be able to roll our stats in the discord and use dndbeyond to create a character in the shared materials. Both 2014 and 2024 are okay.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will use Discord and Owlbear. I have a campaign in dndbeyond you can create a character using my access. I will happily help guide you through creating your character and confirming session zero consent and confirmation. We will have the ability to roll our stats in the discord. Instructions and help guaranteed, batteries not included.
What Lachlan brings to the table
In-depth world building with posts everyday. Character building, emotional moments and hilarious jokes. I will help create a character you feel proud and excited to play. I welcome anyone who is ready to be engaged, adventurous and willing to help create and amazing story together.
Homebrew rules
This isnt Strixhaven. There will be persona scheduling of a day as we will be going to school. This will mean making some tough choices, do you want to study in the library or is it better to ditch a class and get the attention of the popular classmates. Your house you come from will have certain access but they may not be able to pay for your tuition. You will need to get to work on some extracurriculars, working at a Cafe as a barista or the kitchen. These slower moments will be thick with intrigue as there is always a secret to overhear. There will be relationships with different NPCs and factions that will have costs and benefits. You will need to work with other members of your party to make the best of your different standings.

How Lachlan creates a safe table
I will ensure there is confirmation before we start for everyone's triggers and have awareness for everyone to avoid it. I will also allow for certain lines of story to change and will ensure no one is affected by it.
