About the adventure
Welcome to Choose Your Campaign, first session is always free! Module Campaigns are $10 a session! Here the party during session 0 will decide on what kind of campaign they would like to participate in. Dungeons and dragons is a team based game after all. Be it a module or homebrew setting, the party will get a chance to make changes to a existing fantasy setting or choose and live in one. Ever want to be in the world of Lord of the Rings? I have the content for it! Ravicna from Magic the Gathering, Taldori from Critical Role, Ebberon, Gray hawk, or something more out there. Warhammer the Old World fantasy setting, Warhammer 40k, Halo, Starwars, Pokemon, etc. I am a fan of a diverse series of fantasy from games to shows and willing to try to bring about the story you as a player desire. This will be slightly tempered with what everyone else desires in the group as well. However fear not, be it gothic horror, Eldritch horror, or some comedy relief. I will try my best for you!

About me
I am a Player and DM of 6 years and constantly looking for opportunities to improve and explore. I enjoy playing D&D and willing to try other TTRPG's. I am mostly experienced in 5E D&D and 3.5E D&D. Creating your character
Characters are level 7, you can roll for stats up to three times or use standard array or point buy. Characters will be created and managed on dndbeyound. For equipment you can start with 500 gp, one uncommon magic item, normal starting equipment. This gold can be used to buy extra magical items like potions and scrolls and the like. I'll post a link for a website you can use to find prices of magical items and potions.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need access to Dndbeyound, a discord account, need to download abovevtt and a microphone for the voice call. Links will be sent to those who join automatically to your emails.
What Heferrion brings to the table
I will be bringing character art when I can, I do character voices and often employ music for thematic effect especially when requested. We will be sticking largely to base game rules however I do allow third party content and we will be allowing positions as a bonus action. Though I am trying to stick to the rules, I hope my players find ways to surprise me and be creative. There's plenty of wiggle room and the dice tell a story as much as the players sometimes.
Homebrew rules
I use 2014 surprise rounds to better reward players for good prep or planning.
