About the adventure
You will get a quick tutorial on how the basics of the game work, then we'll dive right into a sample adventure that will allow you to see how everything works for yourself. By the time we finish, you should be able to find a full campaign, or maybe just another one-shot, to continue your journey! All you need to know is the etiquette of the table: Be kind to one another! And not-so-kind to the monsters!

About me
Welcome to my table! Expect action, expect high stakes for your characters, and never expect the Spanish Inquisition! If that reference didn't clue you in, I've been playing for quite some time; I've also been a gamemaster for friends, family and the online community. I started with the basic D&D set as well as "1st Edition" (Advanced Dungeons and Dragons), and have played most of the editions in between. I've also played or run games covering the gamut from dark humor (Paranoia), humorous horror (Ghostbusters), Sci Fi (Star Frontiers, Star Trek, Star Wars) and even cartoons (Toon). I bring my years of experience to every game, as well as a desire for everyone to have fun!

You will use pre-generated characters to make things as easy as possible to get started!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The main thing you need to bring is your imagination! For chat, a microphone is needed. We will use Google Meet. To view the rules and your character, you will need to create a free D&D Beyond account.
What Shawn (t0rp0r) brings to the table
I will provide pre-made characters, and will take you through the basic steps of how to use your abilities, how to fight, and how to talk to NPCs.
