About the adventure
Begun the Clone Wars have. The Jedi, once peaceful stewards of the Republic are now generals in its army. The Separatist Alliance, led by Count Dooku, is a collection of planets that once were part of the Republic, now fight for sovereignty from an entity that they feel no longer serves the galaxy's interests. Players will take the role as characters that are stuck in the middle of this intergalactic conflict. Can they balance their morals against the difficulties of war? Or will the duties they have outweigh their own beliefs? ------------------------- New to the game system? No problem. As GM, I can teach you the mechanics and get you right into the action as we go! No experience required. Familiar with Star Wars canon? Great! If not, no big deal. Player choices in this game can have far-reaching consequences, including a divergence from "established canon". In fact, as GM, I prefer to take side steps from what's expected, anyways! Make your decisions, interact with the NPCs, and write your own galactic history! This game will feature plenty of roleplay opportunity! Think of Knights of the Old Republic or Mass Effect, where your choices matter. Establishing relationships with NPCs and PCs alike will ensure immersion! Come join us for a narrative, story-telling experience!

Wren (they/them) is an agender variety streamer, TTRPG performer, podcaster, audio engineer, game writer, and professional game master. A lover of myriad things, they enjoy cooking, nature, dogs, Pokémon, writing, and all manner of cute stuff! As a player and the audio mixer for the longest-running, first ever, award nominated Genesys AP podcast, "Roads Uncharted", Wren has an ear for composition, performance and clarity when it comes to gaming and descriptions! As a GM, Wren focuses on narratives and role play, giving each player the chance to interact with the world around them and the other players. Wren strives for inclusion and comfort at the table. Various safety tools for the table are a staple in their gaming and they strive to keep a dialogue going to keep things open and light goes a long way, as well. Creating your character
Character creation will be done utilizing Oggdude's Character generator: https://www.swrpgcommunity.com/player-resources/character-generators/oggdudes-generator We will use of all primary source books will be standard (Eote, AoR, or FaD), as well as all splat books associated with each format. Additionally, content from the Rise of the Separatists and Collapse of the Republic books will be allowed. Characters will be allotted an additional 135 experience to get started, so we can get right into some more advanced action! (Knight-level play)

Preparing for the session
In order to join the campaign, you will need a Discord account, and to download Oggdude's Character Generator. Both programs are free. You will also need to take these steps: 1) Join the campaign on StartPlaying 2) Join my discord server and review/react to the rules: https://discord.gg/vrGNRffn It's that simple! All further details/instruction will be done via message in the Discord server.
What Wren brings to the table
As GM, Wren brings approximately 14 years' worth of experience with running this specific game system. A long-time Star Wars fan, Wren brings this knowledge to the table, but is not afraid (and actually encourages) breaking from canon to tell a compelling story! A master of "Yes, and" or "No, but" style GMing, there are no bad ideas at the table and Wren wants to help you feel that your character is potent and awesome in their scenes! Working together, you should feel heard in your efforts to maximize your experience. Wren provides music, but otherwise, it's all theatre-of-the-mind for these campaigns! Bring your thinking cap, a notepad for keeping track of campaign story, and bring your improv helmet! We're going to have a good time together.

How Wren creates a safe table
Players are encouraged to add stars and wishes to our discord server. We hold session 0's for the group and individual players as they are onboarded. We also periodically hold updates to these lists and ensure that everyone feels that they can inform of changes or concerns/suggestions that they have for the game. Tables have an open table policy, rewinds/redos, and we utilize X/N/O or the stoplight card system. We shoot to decompress after session, as time allows.
