About the adventure

Lumagimaya is a living, narrative-driven D&D 5e world shaped by balance, consequence, and the choices of its people. Over 800 years ago, the fall of the star-ark Domus shattered the world, breaking continents apart and awakening wild magic across land and sea. What remains is not a single story, but countless ones waiting to be lived. This is where you decide where it begins. Across Lumagimaya, factions rise and fall, ancient powers stir, and entire regions hold secrets tied to the world’s fractured past. The great continents hold kingdoms, wild frontiers, and political tension. Hidden sanctuaries, ruined cities, and leyline scars offer paths for those willing to seek them out. You choose your starting point, your ties to the world, and the direction your story takes. Will you chase lost knowledge in forgotten ruins, navigate shifting alliances between powerful factions, or carve your own place in a world still healing from its past? The path is not assigned. It’s discovered. Combat has weight, but not every problem calls for a blade. Social encounters, investigation, and creative thinking are just as vital as tactics. The world responds to your actions, and consequences carry forward. Characters are expected to have beliefs, connections, and something worth protecting. Who you are matters here, and it shapes the way the world meets you. This game is built for players who value collaboration, character growth, and meaningful choice. The rules support the story, not slow it down. The goal is a table where decisions matter, moments land, and every path feels earned. Lumagimaya is not a set path. It’s a world to discover.

About me

I run games where the world reacts, player choices matter, and the story belongs to the table, not a script. I’ve been running games for 3 years with friends and family, and I’m excited to bring that experience online. I’m a combat veteran, world traveler, and longtime Burner. Presence and trust matter to me. Music culture, creative weirdness, emotional depth, and unconventional solutions are welcome and encouraged. If you like thinking sideways instead of playing it safe, you’ll fit right in. I know D&D 5e well and don’t let rules slow down great moments. I’m comfortable making quick calls so momentum, immersion, and fun stay intact. We can always clarify details after. Story and player experience come first.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

D&DBeyond, Discord, Roll20 I love when players roll actual dice

What Solmaiu brings to the table

I bring a calm, present table with clear communication and a focus on player comfort. Expect light character voices, ambient music when appropriate, and scenes that give everyone space to contribute. I prioritize flow over strict rules lawyering, use the Rule of Cool when it serves the moment, and check in after heavier scenes. The game is structured but human, with room to breathe, laugh, and adjust as we go.

Homebrew rules

Potions may be used as a bonus action. Death saves and critical moments are handled with added narrative weight rather than punishment. Rule of Cool often overrides the books and things will change

Safety

How Solmaiu creates a safe table

Player safety and comfort are foundational. We will cover expectations, boundaries, and content limits during Session 0. Lines and Veils are respected, and players can pause or redirect scenes at any time using verbal check-ins or chat. Aftercare is simple and human, with space to decompress or talk things through after intense moments. Communication is open and ongoing so the table remains supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
