About the adventure

A simple job. Clear the rats. Get paid. That is what they told you. A local brewery has a problem. Something has infested their cellar, and the workers refuse to go back down. It should be routine work for a group of adventurers. But something about it is not right. The sounds. The damage. The way the infestation has spread. This is not normal. --- This is a Level 1 one-shot designed for both new and experienced players using the 2024 D&D ruleset (5.5e) and core content. What to expect: • Fast, tactical combat that is easy to follow • Clear combat flow and positioning (no confusion, no slowdown) • A simple, satisfying puzzle • A complete dungeon experience in a single session --- Beginner friendly: New to D&D? I will guide you through everything. Experienced player? You will get a tight, well-paced dungeon with no wasted time. --- My GM style: • Structured and easy to follow • Cinematic, but grounded • Rules-consistent with smooth pacing --- If you want a polished one-shot that runs clean from start to finish, this is it.

About me

Hey, I'm Paul! I’ve been playing D&D for eight years and running games for five. My goal is to deliver immersive, player driven sessions where your choices matter and the world responds in meaningful ways. Roleplay is a big part of my games. NPCs feel like real people, and I love when a session naturally leans into character moments or unexpected detours. I encourage roleplay but never force it. Combat is fast, tactical, and dangerous. Enemies think and adapt, and the battlefield is part of the challenge. I want you to feel like your decisions matter, whether you’re in a fight or finding a creative way around one. Exploration is more than travel. I like to include puzzles, skill challenges, and unexpected moments that make the world feel alive and worth discovering. I’m always open to chatting about your playstyle or any specific ideas you have. If this sounds like the kind of game you’d enjoy, feel free to reach out, I’d love to have you at the table!
