About me
Hi My name is John, I've been DMing for about a decade or more, I think that my own custom collection of one shots, adventures and campaigns that I've created is very fun and I hope you will too! I'm an on call paid DM for the Guildhouse, A boardgame Cafe here in Toronto, you can find them here: https://theguildhouse.ca/?srsltid=AfmBOopVHH6nrx7xHb_5yZHi0xLHz4MyKiw0_0JKq2yXm-NheV5gcsdi Or at @guildhousetoronto on Instagram

Creating your character
Characters will be level 8, Rules will be DnD 2024, but feel free to use expanded rules or other 2014 stuff as you will! use any of the available stat generation methods you like (Standard Array, Point Buy, Manual Rolled) and use any sources you would like (including homebrew with approval)
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need accounts on DnDbeyond, Discord, Roll20 you will need to join my campaigns/server on all three, you will need a mic and semi-decent internet, other than that, you should be good.
What John Dyer brings to the table
I have taken many improv classes and am quite proficient at roleplay, I can and will do character voices when called upon, but most players I've had really say that I stand out for my intense tactical combat where every decision matters and your always on the knife's edge!
Homebrew rules
I have no specific homebrew rules I can think of, except nat20s on skill checks are automatic successes and nat 1's are failures, but if you want to bring homebrew items/feats/races/classes etc., we can talk!
