About the adventure

Invasion's Edge is a series created for Starfinder Society. This is the first module in the series and I'm doing a first-time test run for free before I start running it regularly. This adventure can count for Organized Play credit. I need to learn how to run that as well, so I'll issue Starfinder Society Organized Play credit to any new level 3 characters. If this interests you, visit https://starfindersociety.club and follow their instructions to set yourself up as a player and message me your OP ID number after you've signed up for the game.

About me

I've been a D&D player since the days of 3.5 and returned to the game in 2023 and learned 5e. I've ran many one-shots for D&D, Bunkers and Badasses, and Obojima. I've also been in a Pathfinder 2e game campaign for nearly two years now. I started GM-ing as a volunteer at a local game store and loved doing it so much that I applied to become a professional GM with them and after an audition they hired me on. I started my professional GM career in 2025 and can't wait to broaden my horizons. I'm currently running an ongoing Dragonlance 5e campaign, paid one-shots, community volunteer one-shots, and an Obojima campaign for my friends and family. I own a license for Foundry VTT and host my own server. I have a considerable library of content on D&D Beyond and have been recently running games on their Maps VTT. I've been a Discord user since it's first year in service and have hosted and participated in live and play via post games. I'd also be willing to learn to use another platforms (i.e. Roll20, Mirrorscape, Owlbear Rodeo) if necessary. I'm eager to branch out on my professional GM career and hope that I can bring joy to your table.

Character creation

Creating your character

Players should used Pathbuilder2e (https://pathbuilder2e.com/) to create a level three character. On that day the session starts, we will import all characters into FoundryVTT via Pathmuncher. Optionally, we will also have pre-generated characters if you would prefer.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players will need to have accounts registered with the following services: Discord - https://discord.gg/ The Forge - https://forge-vtt.com/ Pencil and paper are also recommended.

What Travis Sluss brings to the table

I have already read through the materials to get a fundamental understanding of the core mechanics. I'll be using providing pre-generated character sheets at the beginning of the game. I will also be providing the VTT, FoundryVTT via The Forge and the Discord server.
