About the adventure
Investigate reality-warping rift sites before a massive far-realm breach reopens. You have one year. Hexplore the world as part of a research expedition, uncovering why past rifts scarred the land and what Eldritch force is trying to break through from the most distant reaches of existence. A breach looms over the First City, Elionthar, pulsing with aberrations from a realm so far removed from ours that its entities defy comprehension. Your team, led by xeno-archaeologist Dariah Winsord, races to investigate similar sites before the rift fully opens. Navigate hostile territories, uncover buried patterns, and confront cosmic horror. The clock ticks; something watches from beyond the veil. Will you close the breach, or learn what happens when the far stars arrive?

About me
Your story, my world. Let's make something unforgettable. I've been running TTRPG campaigns professionally for over a decade and a year of doing so full time, and here's what I've learned: the best memories happen when player choices shape a collaborative story. I specialize in collaborative and cinematic narrations on my punished setting of Aetharis; a living, breathing high-fantasy world with deep immersive lore and marks left by all my past players, where the game system is just a framework to tell our tale; and then I hand you the wheel. You want to betray the quest-giver? Burn down the tavern? Charm the villain and turn them into an ally? You can certainly try. I come from a background in film screenwriting, television productions and indie game design, which is a fancy way of saying I narrate sessions in a dynamic and cinematic style, enhancing the drama and character reactions to the events. I'm always looking for ways to elevate the experience with impressive visuals, both shared through my video and used by players, such as Foundry VTT, Talespire, custom maps, background reference art, and enough prep to improvise anything you throw at me. As our story together develops, I'll offer additional tools and mechanics brought from different game systems, all in the name of making our game time as epic and memorable as possible. I've delved into all kinds of systems, and trust me when I say that rules and mechanics are just a framework, we make rulings and use the game to tell our story, how we want it. To that end I've run everything from rules lite games where narration is king such as Blades in the Dark, all the way to intense tactical games like Pathfinder 2e. Whether you're a veteran looking for deep roleplay or a newbie who wants to learn in a welcoming space, I'll meet you where you are. My games go from gritty intrigue to bombastic heroism; with just enough absurdity to keep us laughing years later. If you want a GM who listens, adapts, and narrates stories with you instead of at you, let's talk.

Safety
How Martin / Tinchi creates a safe table
To ensure everyone's comfort and safety during our game sessions, we employ several safety tools and practices. Here’s a breakdown of how we handle this: - During our session 0 we'll go over the setting and the safety tools to be used, and we'll also fill a consent checklist to make sure no uncomfortable surprises happen. - When topics marked on the consent checklist may show, we'll employ a digital X/N/O cards, which can be shared privately or through the call chat. - When an X or N card are shown, a line and/or veil will be placed on the scene, proceeding and adapting the scene accordingly. - After each session we'll take 10 minutes to go over wishes and requests for characters to go through, as well as a little bit of feedback. Breaks can be taken upon request, and some sessions may flow without them. Everyone is free to turn off their camera and walk away temporarily if needed. Most Importantly I operate with an Open Door policy. I’m always open to feedback, whether about gameplay mechanics, narrative direction, or interpersonal dynamics. Nothing's ever set in stone, and this is our telling of the story. We'll build an open relation and keep the conversation open to ensure our game remains enjoyable and inclusive for all.
