About the adventure
Kobold attacks have increased in the region with deadly precision and strength. When the threat reaches town, heroes must find what has inspired their bloodshed and put a stop to their new found draconic might! An original adventure set in a homebrew high fantasy world, inspired by classic adventuring! This starting adventure takes the players from level 1 to 5, from townsfolk’s to local heroes! Players will explore the region surrounding the town of crossroads, meeting npc’s and discovering points of interest to root out a dark draconian scheme. The region surrounding crossroads is a veritable mix of mountains, forests and hills teeming with adventure and discovery.

Hi 👋 My name is Chris and I enjoy running and playing games of dungeons and dragons 5e. I’ve been a dungeon master for over 8 years, running at least one game a week. Creating your character
We will make characters together during a session zero. But here’s some ideas for what to expect. -Character creation- Stat generation: Point buy or Standard array. You may roll 4d6 drop the lowest digitally and shared IF you only roll one set in line with the stats, meaning your first roll is your strength, second is dex and so forth until you have them all. You may choose to keep the single set or one of the other options after it’s rolled. Species: Official 2024 core rules and the MotM book (these two books provide almost every species in the 2024 format). *Third party built in the ‘24 rules with gm approval.* Classes: I’d like to keep to the official core 2024 selection but since that’s limited right now I’m always open to discussion about 2014 classes. *Third party built in the ‘24 rules with gm approval.* Starting level: 1-townsfolk*

What Christopher brings to the table
We stick to rule of fun at my table. I do voices but have a limited number, I do try to make it clear who is talking and voices develop more over. Making combat more challenging but also rewarding is one of my current focuses. I want to run a fun game for the players, so that’s always at the front of my mind and if something isn’t fun it can always be dropped or the direction of the game totally changed. The important part is everyone is having fun and feels safe to say something if they are not.
Homebrew rules
A full list of homebrew rules will be provided in the discord server. Nothing to crazy, barbarians do rage as a free action though.

How Christopher creates a safe table
I have a way to send safety notices anonymously or openly in discord and keep an open door at all times. Sessions can be interrupted and paused at all times for any safety concerns, we address the problem, I remove it and move on. If someone is unable to comprise with removing something that someone else just isn’t comfortable with, I remove them too. I run only pg-13 rated games and expect that from my players as well. There’s other games listed that serve all kinds of people happily, I encourage you to seek out one of them if you think you want a very dark tone or adult themes that don’t fade to black.
