About the adventure
Welcome to Runecore, or the world of Mord'Kel. when a strange string of murders bewitch a town, you are called in to help. what these murders are or why they happen is yet to be known. play as a constable sent to investigate or a wanderer who simply wants to help. gain your magic from runes that power all of society or be spirit-touched and gain your powers from the strange and otherworldly. in this world, magic is divided between runes and spirits. the setting is a magic steampunk setting with unique cultures and ways of casting spells. whether you fight with blades or bullets, wild magic or wizardry, you will have the ability to explore the world and experience everything it has to offer. be wary of the danger or be reckless.

Creating your character
we will be creating characters in session one on DND Beyond. guns are allowed in this setting but they are rare so if you want them, try to have a reason for them. we are using 2024 rules and classes, along with the gunslinger, monster hunter, pugilist and artificer classes that are available on dnd beyond. I will have content share on, so you do not have to buy any content.

I have most books on DND beyond, including the gunslinger, monster hunter, pugilist and artificer classes. I do character voices and make maps to set the tone. combat will be rewarding and magic items will be given decently frequently there will be a free session 0

drinking a potion is a bonus action. an unique way to get heroic inspiration. unique chase mechanics.
