What Quests For All brings to the table
Rule of Cool over Rules at Written but generally the rules are used for best practise and balance, no to be bent until broken :) Rol20 lends itself well to bring all three pillars of Dungeons and Dragons into one scene; role-play and social interactions coupled with exploration of the environment, during tactical combat makes for an engaging yet challenging game that encourages team-work and problem solving.
Homebrew rules
Drinking a potion as a bonus action or 'feeding' someone else one as an action.
