About the adventure
Beginners are welcome! LGBTQIA+ Friendly -- Background Art by @JamesRPGArt -- Welcome to Stoneveil, a blooming village located south of the Wood of Sharp Teeth. You have been pushed into coming here, may it be a vision in the form of a dream, an eager mentor pushing you to make a name for yourself, hearing of a long lost family member suddenly appearing in the village, or perhaps you simply saw a flyer somewhere and decided to pursue the fame and coin an adventurer's life can bring. The village is bustling and growing constantly, it's main attraction being the Daybreak Adventurers' Guild. The guild is rumored to be run by a famous adventurer, and is already expanding to levels not seen before. Enter the Daybreak Adventurers' Guild, decide the quests you take, the NPCs you interact with, and the overall style of the campaign. I will simply offer options, and the rest is up to you. We can explore the Sword Coast, The Lands of Intrigue, the Underdark, even the Nine Hells if you so wish.

Creating your character
Character creation will be handled in Session 0 and will be on dndbeyond. Eager players are welcome to get started beforehand! Characters start at level 3, using 2024 rules.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will be using Roll20, dndbeyond, discord, and the beyond20 browser extension. I will have links to all resources needed in the discord and can help with any setup as needed!
What John brings to the table
I will bring battlemaps, resources on dndbeyond, scene images, and ambience.
Homebrew rules
Homebrew rules will be discussed in session 0. I have a couple I'd like to use, but I'll only use them if they're cool with the whole table.

How John creates a safe table
Before session 0 there will be a Lines and Veils document sent to you, and you're required to fill it out and send it back before the session starts. My DMs will always be open for any issues that may arise, and those can be dealt with privately or before/after a session. After and during every session I will check in, making sure no one's crossed any lines, and address it if anyone has.
