About the adventure
The world of Krynn teeters on the edge of chaos. The Dragon Army has launched its first devastating strike into Solamnia, and ordinary adventurers are thrust into the heart of a war that will reshape the fate of nations! Clerics rites have gone unanswered by the Gods, and faith has withered into legend. But now, whispers stir in the darkness, awakening to powers long thought lost. Mages are blessed by the white, red and black moons and feel the pull of the Order of High Sorcery where, to wield true arcane might, they must face the perilous Test of High Sorcery. Success brings power… failure brings ruin. Warriors will find the Shadow Queen's soldiers descend upon Solamnia with fire and steel. Only through courage, cunning, and collaboration will they stand against the challenges to bear. This campaign is all about epic storytelling: Krynn is one of D&D’s most legendary settings- I want to honor this lore! (My hope is that Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman's friends would want to play!) This campaign is also about immersive roleplay: Forge your character’s destiny and play them in a safe, fun, and inclusive group! Voice actors and storytellers are home here. Community & Fun: Join a table of fellow storytellers, tactical strategists, and dreamers ready to bring Krynn to life. Your destiny will rule the direction of the session, NOT the module. Will you rise against these dark forces, or be swept away by the coming storm?

About me
I've been playing D&D since my childhood in the early 80's and try my best to re-engage the board game mixed with improv troupe I associate with the best examples of D&D. I like voice acting, playing in-character and making sessions a mix of gameplay, making friends and giving people a place to let their imaginations run free with safety and advocacy.

Creating your character
The character creation process is unique to promote interactivity, collaboration, and inclusion. You can create all aspects of your character's class, abilities, inventory, personality traits, background, flaws and bonds. Then, as a group, we choose species (aka race) and some specifics based on a shared vision for each player's character arc and the setting. NOTE: Dragonlance has setting-specific species, class and backgrounds.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Whether you're a seasoned bard or a quiet rogue finding your voice, this campaign invites you to step into the story—not just as a player, but as a co-author of something unforgettable. The dice may guide fate, but your voice brings it to life. To enjoy the game, I recommend having a PC with a free D&D Beyond Account, access to a quiet comfortable space, a free account on Discord in good standing, and a microphone with a headset.
What Tamu aka "DutchesandDragons" brings to the table
I provide a secure Discord server, access to required D&D sourcebook material and will often include immersive "bells and whistles" including music, ambient environmental sound, and other unique resources that aid in immersion and role play. We mainly use our hearts and impulses to play, with rules serving to assist with chance or envionmental challenges.
Homebrew rules
Dragonlance has specific limitations that may impact the feeling of playing "whoever you want." but I'm resourceful about making sure your character is what you want them to be without breaking the games rules.

How Tamu aka "DutchesandDragons" creates a safe table
I accept discussion about personal accommodations through private messaging and will advocate for those accommodations in public chats in full view of the chat. Safety Tools/Accomodations have an entire channel dedicated to the clear and understandable expectations of role play in a safe space. X,N & O cards are jpgs which can be dropped in the game chat at any time by any player (and sometimes the DM!)
