About the adventure

You are invited to an elvish wedding and an evening filled with mystery, intrigue, and romance. The event is a wonderful opportunity for finding love and ever-lasting friendships. However, social events are perilous. Small mistakes can lead to gossip, a tarnished reputation, public disaster - and even dangerous duels.

About me

My uncle taught me how to play RuneQuest when I was 8 years old, and I figured out the rest by reading his rulebooks of D&D edition 3.5 in his attic. Since then I've ran games filled with teenage murderhobos until I was able to play in a room full of sane people, who then trusted me to become their DM, which has now been going on since 2018. I've then explored running games online, and taught a group of new players how to play the game by running the Mines of Phandelver, which then evolved into their own personalized campaign, which has been running for over two years now. Personality-wise, think of me like a human marshmallow who giggles and likes to make funny voices. My profile picture is very accurate as you'll see when I turn on my camera during session 0.

Character creation

Creating your character

Come in with a fifth level character that would be fit for a Roleplay-heavy adventure! You are welcome to make your character in D&D Beyond or enter a character sheet manually in Roll20. All the characters will know each other and be inm an established adventuring party to ease group cohesion between the players.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

We will chat on Discord, have character sheets on DnD Beyond or Roll20, and have the virtual tabletop on Roll20.

What Raphael brings to the table

I will make voices for the characters. I can't help it. I have curated playlists of ambiant music for the adventure, and am happy to hear your suggestions. :)

Homebrew rules

-Drinking a potion is a bonus action, and applying it to someone else is an action. -Keep track of the ammo you use in battle! After the fight, roll a d20 for each ammo you used, and any roll at 10 and above is an ammo recovered. -Everyone has a luck score of 10. A d20 roll at or under your luck is a success. A 1 is a critical luck, raising your score by 1. A 20 lowers your score by 1. It's pure luck!

How Raphael creates a safe table

A community agreement will be available on the discord server, as well as the Lines and Veils, which will be gone through during session 0. We will also determine how the group prefers to address their personal boundaries, and preferences in terms of aftercare.
