About the adventure
Welcome chooms, to Night City in 2080! The vibrant hum of neon can be heard on every street corner, the constant movement of people through the city going about their lives, trying to make it in the City of Dreams. Megacorporations and the ultra wealthy exist mere blocks away from some of the deepest destitution. Gangs vie for further territory, and tensions continue to mount between them. The Megacorps see this as an opportunity gain their own ground, picking and arming sides to further provoke the violence. That's where you come in! You and your fellow edgerunners make your living going from merc job to merc job, trying to become a legend in the city, making sure your name lives on even if you don't. Do you pick a side in the growing conflict or use it to make yourself rich? Either way, everyone will know who you are if you do it right. After all, legends never die. This will be an episodic game, where the individual arcs will shape the trajectory of the story. Player backstory will also be considered to make the story more personal! While an edgerunner might not save the world, they can save those around them!

About me
Hello, my name is Jon, and I've been an avid TTRPG player for about a decade now. I've played in a variety of systems, from DnD to Cyberpunk: Red to Call of Cthulu to Dread. In addition to my decade of experience as a player, I've also had about five years experience as a GM, predominantly in Cyberpunk Red and DnD. I am always looking for new systems to run and experience, and have recently been looking to run games in Draw Steel, Daggerheart, and Mothership!

Creating your character
We will be going over character creation during session zero. Stats in Cyberpunk Red are done by point buy, and characters start at Role Rank 4. A Google doc will be provided for the character sheet as well as a document with all of the approved add-ons beyond the Core Book.
