About the adventure
Help form the shape of the Federation. Crew one of the earliest Federation starships and explore a new and diverse quadrant. While familiar favorites will be hiding around the corner waiting to be found, find out what's next door on a hexcrawl map of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. Discover brand-new civilizations and bring them into the fold. Will your officer be one of the founding members, from among their early allies, or will you introduce a unique species with your character? Will your actions create a new regulation or directive for Starfleet? The new worlds and new civilizations you encounter during your adventure will help set the stage for future crews to experience and add their distinctiveness to your own. This adventure will set the foundations for future campaigns, get in on the ground floor and go down in the history books.

Creating your character
Character creation will occur at the start of the first session in Foundry. Character concepts and desired roles should be discussed prior to session 1 in discord. If you are interested in creating a brand new species, we will need to discuss them beforehand in Discord. The Core Rulebook, Alpha, and Beta quadrant books have a variety of lifepath options (22nd century era); while talents and values can be found across all books. (These options will also be viewable in-game if you do not have access to any books).
What to expect
Preparing for the session
I have a discord server for communication outside of the game and voice during the game. You will need a discord account. Games will be on Foundry, no account required for players.
What Jay Reeves brings to the table
I will provide settings; be it ship, space, or planetside. I will provide situations; tense, comedic, or mysterious. I will provide obstacles; enemies, challenges, or phenomena. I will set the stage, it is up to you to create the solutions.
