About the adventure
A beginner friendly but recommended average to advance knowledge understanding of D&D (and some popular culture familiarity would be helpful). (Session 0 is Free to anyone interested in staying long term.) Setting: The idea is basically: An Shadow organization is the reason why magic disappeared from our world. But they can't permanently end it so they minimize contact. In a small garden in some random little town in the USA this shadow government has under their lock and chain a "Deity". This "Deity" is kept in a dream like state at basically any given moment, even during the sacrifices required to maintain it's powers. This "Dream Like State" gave way to 9 planes of existence for magical beings to reside on. Based on the 9 "Alignments" of D&D. There is our IRL universe, a sort of "Waiting Room" area to move between the IRL and "The Magic 9" as this organization calls them. Much like "The Backrooms" Lore people can accidentally enter into these "Dream PsudoUniverses". the Players were IRL regular people who ended up in "The Waiting Room" (Organization's go between universe) and end up in the "The Magic 9" Ala D&D Cartoon. They have to then travel across each of these 9 Universes in order to obtain items of enough magic power to bring them back home. Based on an ACTUAL IRL Dream "I" had personally had one night and I KNEW I had to make a D&D Campaign out of it. (There are more details I am keeping secret for 'In Game Story' reasons.)

About me
What first started me down the path down D&D and other board games was my father. I started playing in 2014 but I started DM-ing Adventures League in 2018 at my local game store and have been playing various game systems since then. When it comes to rules I am somewhat lax and I enjoy homebrew (so long as it has been approved by myself), players can have some leniency to their actions but only to a certain extent (don't want PVP on the first session unless it is intended) and other things of note are I use D&DBeyond for my character creation as I have my own Membership so I can share content, I use Foundry VTT to play the game itself, I prefer Discord as my communication method if not an IRL game and any additional info can be asked as needed.

Creating your character
Character Creation is planned to use D&D Beyond as I use Foundry VTT and have an Addon that allows me to import character data from there into my game directly while also being able to Content Share all my D&D books I have obtained from that website. Preferably made BEFORE or AT Session 0 but thanks to the lore of the game it can work if a player wants to make a back up or change classes after or if new people join mid game.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Websites and Applications used: Discord, Foundry VTT (for players all you need a a Web Browser), D&D Beyond (Account is recommended but not a PAID one, Basic will do) Physical Prep: a Microphone/Headset, if you want to use IRL Dice then some way to show rolls (like a Webcam as an example) Other Prep: I DO use "Homebrew" Rules so if you are a "Rules Traditionalist" (My term for one who prefers Rules as Written) or a "Rules Lawyer" (My term for one who tries to Bend, Break, or Skirt around Rules to get an unfair advantage over not only the game but even other players) then this game will NOT be for you.
What Megafan7790 brings to the table
I Provide Character Voices, Maps, Rule of Cool, several other Homebrew Rules, Foundry VTT... basically it would be faster if i listed off everything i DIDN'T prepare that wasn't needed of a DM. ... List Done.
Homebrew rules
Full Homebrew Rules Will be provided in a .txt file once having joined the Discord. some examples are: THE RED RULE: Every person is unique, we all have our own strengths, weaknesses, and as is important for this rule, lines that should not be crossed. This little rule is more of a reminder that while we can have our fun, just ensure that lines are not crossed and that everyone is, indeed, having fun. If there is something that comes up that is egregious enough, either the GM or the Players may invoke this Red Rule. At this time, it is best to move on from the present subject and perhaps revisit it outside of the game, or simply not bring it up again. That said, no one should abuse this. If it is being used very frequently, it is a sign that you may want to find a different table to play at Rule 0: Rule of Cool. Sessions start with a recap of last session's events so we are all sure we are caught up to speed, taking notes, and paying attention during sessions. Those who Contribute Start the Session with Inspiration and it lasts that session. The "Click" rule is in Effect. What that means is if i say the word "Click" that means a Trap has been set off. You get one Reaction to do something.

How Megafan7790 creates a safe table
I have a 3 strike system. if a person gets 3 strikes then they are out instantly. to avoid this i try and speak to them either privately or publicly about the topic (depends on the situation and severity).
