About the adventure
A string of brutal killings and grave-robberies is only the beginning. Whats starts as a dark investigation on the surface escalates into a descent through cursed roads, compromised settlements, and secret cult networks, until you’re forced to confront a terrifying truth: beneath the world lies a functioning empire of ghouls, complete with politics, laws, armies, and ambition. ☠️ Unravel a Spreading Conspiracy: Track clues through witnesses, crime scenes, cult activity, and uneasy alliances. The mystery doesn’t solve itself—and the wrong assumptions can get people eaten. ☠️ Descend Into the Underworld: The deeper you go, the less “dungeon crawl” this feels. Expect hostile environments, strange rules, and enemies who can negotiate, deceive, and bargain—sometimes more dangerous than claws. ☠️ Survive an Empire, Not a Horde: This is undead as a civilization: courts, factions, power struggles, and a long-term strategy. Combat is sharp and meaningful, but social decisions and careful planning can matter just as much as steel.
