About the adventure
Night City is the perfect place for you, chooms. A new runner can make a name for themselves, and that’s what I’m looking for. We need a fresh street crew ready to band together and make their mark. We’ll be covering the standard themes for a Cyberpunk RED game set in 2045. I’m aiming more for street running than corporate espionage. If you’re a Rockerboy, you’ve got a history of working the shadow world to make ends meet until your big break comes. If you work for the NCPD, you’re doing something off the books, or you’re keeping your cover intact. But whoever you are, you need to bring your A-game and work as a team, because no one survives the Night City streets for long on their own. Although we’ll take our starting campaign structure from Tales of the Red: Street Stories, we’ll be using the tools I wrote in Single Player Mode to flesh out a shared story driven by your crew. I’m all about the story, and the shared creative building of a cinematic experience. Come hungry. Night City doesn’t feed you for free. Note:Sessions will run the 2nd and 4th Weeks of the month.

About me
Hello, I am Peter, a professional Game Master and storyteller with more than thirty years of experience in tabletop roleplaying. I focus on clear structure, steady pacing, and story driven play that gives every player room to shine. Through my work on Hollowponds Solo Sagas, and as a published game author whose works include Single Player Mode for R. Talsorian’s Cyberpunk Red and several roleplaying tools and guides, I have developed a consistent style that blends character focused storytelling with solid rules support. My tables are welcoming, organised, and calm, with guidance for new players and space for experienced players to push the story forward. What you can expect from my games: • Smooth pacing and clear communication • A friendly relaxed atmosphere • Fair challenges that respect player agency • Strong story focus supported by the system • Reliable scheduling and preparation About me: I have worked as a teacher, a developer, and a Scrum Master, all of which help me run focused and respectful sessions. I am a trained Mental Health First Aider and pay close attention to accessibility and the needs of neurodiverse players. My goal is always to create a table where everyone feels able to contribute. I run a range of systems including Daggerheart, Cyberpunk Red, Coriolis, Dragonbane, Savage Worlds, and more, and I tailor each session to the tone and pace the group enjoys. Creating your character
We’re looking for starting characters, using the Core Cyberpunk RED Streetrat or Edgerunner method. If you want to use Complete Package, please discuss it with me first. For roles, as I outlined in the description, this campaign is about the story of a street crew. Solo, Fixer, Netrunner, Nomad, Tech, and (at a push) Medtech are easy fits. If you want to play a Rockerboy or Media, we’ll need a good reason, but we can make it work. Lawman and Exec are a bigger ask for a street game, but I’ll work with you if you’ll meet me halfway. And we need team players. Each of your characters is trying to make their own way, but they know they can’t do it alone. They need backup, and they need support. Keep that in mind.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Make sure you have Fantasy Grounds installed and that it runs. I’ll send you the access link before the game. If you already have, or want to pay for, the Cyberpunk RED module, you can use the character wizard. Otherwise, send me your character and I’ll enter it before the first session. Check you can access Discord, which we’ll use for voice (and optional video). You don’t need to use video, but having run many remote teams on Teams, seeing faces really does help, and you’re all gorgeous. You’ll also need headphones and a mic at the very least. Please practise muting yourself, especially if you’ve got a noisy background. We’ll also use Discord for out-of-session questions and chat between games. You don’t need to know the rules of Cyberpunk RED, but it might help. Fantasy Grounds will do the heavy lifting for us, so have a quick practice with that too.
What Hollowponds (Peter) brings to the table
If you’ve watched my channel, you’ll have a feel for my style. We’ll create the tale of your crew together, and make Night City feel like it’s yours. What I’ll provide ---------------- > A shared story built around your crew’s goals, choices, and trouble. > A cast of memorable NPCs, with voices and proper depth. > Story hooks pulled from your Lifepaths, so it feels personal. > A campaign shaped from Tales of the Red: Street Stories, made uniquely ours. > A cinematic tone, the kind of game you’ll remember and want to retell. My experience --------------- > I’ve played Cyberpunk since 1st edition. > I know and love the setting, and yes, I’ve written for it too (I’ll only mention it one more time, probably). Table vibe ----------- > Humour when it fits, seriousness when it matters. > A supportive table. I’m neurodiverse, and I understand different needs and play styles. Session Zero ------------- > We’ll cover safety, expectations, character fit, and your preferences, then set one shared goal: telling a kick-arse story together.
