About the adventure
About the Adventure 🐉 Witness the birth of a new age beneath the wings of dragons 🌌 Unravel truths older than recorded history and quietly erased by gods 📜 Navigate laws written in memory, oath, and flame rather than ink ⚖️ Stand between nations, faiths, and forces that should never meet 🔥 Decide what knowledge is shared and what must remain sealed forever High above the war-scarred lands of Kandra drifts Darastrix Nakta, the Draconic Sanctuary. An impossible realm bound to the world by ancient magic and unspoken intent. Dragons no longer linger as myths or monsters. Here, they rule, judge, remember, and wait. Within the Sanctuary’s living halls, truth is not uncovered through steel alone. Memories are tested. Oaths bind deeper than chains. Magic listens. Faith fractures. And every choice carries weight far beyond the individual. The laws of the land care less for what you do and far more for why you do it. You are not here by accident. Whether born beneath the Heartbloom’s shadow, drawn by diplomacy or desperation, or granted passage through accords others would kill for, you now walk a place the gods themselves shaped and then stepped back from. Whispers of the Apostles linger in forgotten rites. Old powers stir beneath polished councils and radiant festivals. The world below watches, afraid of what the Sanctuary might become. What you uncover may heal nations or unmake them. What you choose to reveal may reshape faith, magic, and war itself. When the sky itself becomes the seat of power, will you uphold the balance the dragons demand? Or will you dare to change the course of the world and live with what follows?

About me
Hello! My name is Tetsu, and I am an experienced Dungeon Master for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition with over 7 years of tabletop experience, most of which has been spent GMing. I began playing D&D out of a love for collaborative storytelling and creativity, and over time that passion naturally grew into running games, building worlds, and guiding players through meaningful adventures. As a GM, I specialize in creating immersive, player-driven experiences. I enjoy worldbuilding from the ground up, designing original settings, factions, NPCs, and storylines that react to player choices rather than existing on a fixed path. I strongly believe that tabletop games are at their best when players feel that their characters matter, that their decisions have weight, and that the story evolves because of them. I have extensive experience running one-shots, short arcs, and long-form campaigns, as well as designing homebrew content, including custom settings, mechanics, items, and narrative systems. Every game I run is approached as its own unique experience, tailored to the group’s interests, playstyle, and comfort level. I enjoy learning about my players, their characters, and what excites them at the table, and I actively incorporate that into my games. My goal as a paid DM is simple: to provide a high-quality, memorable tabletop experience that players genuinely enjoy and look forward to each week. Whether you’re new to D&D or a veteran player, I aim to create a game to enjoy.

Creating your character
- Characters begin at Level 1 and advance naturally through play. - Ability scores are generated using a custom 29-point buy system. - All official Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2014) content is permitted, including races, classes, subclasses, spells, and feats published by Wizards of the Coast prior to the 2024 revision. Unearthed Arcana and homebrew options are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Characters may originate from Darastrix Nakta, the lands below, or distant regions of the world. Dragon-touched lineages, faith-bound characters, scholars, refugees, envoys, and common folk are all valid starting concepts. - Characters begin with standard starting equipment as listed by their class and background. Starting gold rolls may be allowed with prior approval, but default equipment is recommended for balance and narrative cohesion. - All official backgrounds are allowed. Custom backgrounds may be created with approval, following standard background rules. Background features should reflect who your character was before the world began to change. - Alignment is flexible and descriptive rather than restrictive. Characters should be capable of cooperating within a shared narrative. This is a story-driven campaign focused on consequence, politics, and mythic choice. - Characters should be created before the first session. New players are welcome, and assistance with character creation, rules explanation, or concept development is always available.

What Ronnie Hampton (TetsuPlaysItAll) brings to the table
I provide a story-driven, immersive campaign focused on player agency, political consequence, and character-centered storytelling. Expect vivid descriptions, memorable NPCs, and a living world that reacts to your choices. I use character voices, ambient music, and strong scene framing to enhance immersion without overshadowing player creativity. Combat is purposeful and cinematic, while roleplay, investigation, and decision-making remain central. Rules are followed consistently, with flexibility where it enhances narrative flow. New players will receive guidance and support, while experienced players will find depth, intrigue, and long-term impact.
Homebrew rules
Homebrew & Table Rules - These rules are designed to support cinematic play, meaningful choices, and long-term narrative consequences without adding unnecessary complexity. All homebrew will be explained clearly before it comes into play. Ability Scores - Characters use a custom 29-point buy system. - This allows slightly stronger starting characters while maintaining balance across classes and playstyles. Potions - Drinking a potion yourself may be done as a bonus action. - Administering a potion to another creature is an action. - Potions always heal for their listed value (no rolling). Death & Dying - Death saving throws are rolled normally. - Repeated brushes with death may carry narrative or magical consequences at the DM’s discretion (scars, lingering effects, spiritual attention, etc.), rather than permanent mechanical penalties. - Resurrection magic exists but is rare, meaningful, and never guaranteed. Rule of Cool - Creative solutions, clever tactics, and strong roleplay are encouraged. - If an action is cinematic, thematic, and reasonable, the rules may bend to support it. - The goal is consistency and fairness, not loophole exploitation. Social & Exploration Play - Important social encounters may use narrative skill challenges rather than single rolls. - Charisma is not the only way to influence the world. Intent, preparation, leverage, and roleplay matter. - Exploration scenes emphasize discovery, risk, and atmosphere rather than constant rolling. Magic & Consequence - Magic is powerful and widely present, but not free of consequence. - Excessive, reckless, or thematically dangerous magic may attract attention from factions, entities, or forces tied to the world. - Certain locations or rituals may amplify, warp, or resist magic. Resting - Short and long rests follow standard 5e rules unless modified by environment or narrative circumstance. - Dangerous or hostile locations may restrict resting opportunities. Homebrew & UA Content - Unearthed Arcana and homebrew options are not permitted by default. - Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis to support character concept and campaign tone. Table Expectations - This is a cooperative, story-driven campaign. - Characters must be willing to engage with the world and each other. - PvP is not allowed unless all involved players explicitly consent. - Rules may evolve slightly as the campaign grows, but changes will always be discussed openly and applied fairly.

How Ronnie Hampton (TetsuPlaysItAll) creates a safe table
This campaign uses Lines and Veils to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone at the table. Player comfort always takes priority over story or tone. How Lines & Veils Work Lines are subjects that will not appear in the game at all. Veils are subjects that may exist in the world but will not be described in explicit detail and will fade to black when they arise. Players may set Lines or Veils before play begins or at any time during the campaign, either publicly or privately. No explanation is required. Established Lines The following content will not be depicted in this campaign: - Sexual violence or sexual assault - Sexual content involving minors - Graphic torture for shock value - Real-world hate speech, bigotry, or discrimination - Player-on-player harassment without consent Established Veils The following topics may exist as background elements but will not be described graphically: - Consensual sexual content (fade to black) - Non-graphic violence against civilians - Psychological manipulation or coercion - Body horror beyond a moderate, fantastical level - Religious extremism or cult behavior Descriptions will shift away from explicit detail and focus on narrative implication instead. In-Game Safety Tools This table uses X, N, and O Cards: X: Stop immediately and change or skip the content N: Tone it down or redirect O: Everything is okay, continue These may be used verbally, in chat, or via private message at any time. The game will pause briefly to adjust without question or judgment. Session 0 & Ongoing Consent - At the start of the campaign, we will review tone, expectations, and any additional personal Lines or Veils. Boundaries are not static. Players may update them as the campaign evolves.
