About the adventure
Winter's had an unusually cold start. But that doesn't explain the number of freezing cold incidents that have been happening in a normally quiet and cozy town. Several people have been found frozen solid in their well heated homes and nothing seems to be able to thaw them out. They were all seemingly frozen while hanging up their Christmas decorations. What's freezing the townsfolk? Why was the same toy found near each of the victims? Could some creature be behind these frosty happenings? It's up to your group of monster hunters to get to the bottom of these supernatural circumstances and put a stop to them. In this entry level 1-shot you'll get the chance to: • Investigate the scene of the most recent attack • Interview witnesses • Trace the links between the incidences back to their root • Face down an vengeful winter spirit

Creating your character
We'll use the tools inside of Roll20 for character creation. Since this is a 1-shot there will be no Session 0. Instead we'll chat about character creation in my discord server. I'll be available to assist with character building. Pre-made Characters are available as well. Monster of the Week is really easy to make characters for and the tools on Roll20 make it a breeze so no need to sweat if you're new.
What to expect

What Mike_d20 brings to the table
I see tabletop games as a great opportunity for catharsis. We're here for different reasons maybe to learn something about ourselves, turn flaws into strengths, explore new aspects of yourself, or just escape from your daily struggles for a while. Whatever that is for you, I want to help bring it out in this space and have a good time while we do it. I have a pro subscription and catalogue of Monster of the week content on Roll20. Players are welcome to bring or make their own character art to use as well. I've also made a soundtrack so we can all vibe to some appropriate tunes while we play.
