About the adventure

This game takes place on the continent of Kent on the planet of "The Old Moon." This campaign will follow your party as they discover the beauty and destruction that an ancient black dragon can bring to a peaceful community. While your party searches through long forgotten ruins and cult fanatic's bases of operations, the dragon will be lying in wait for your party's arrival. Character creation

Creating your character

During our "session zero," we will discuss character creation, starting levels, and homebrew rules. We will use D&D beyond to create your characters and run the battle maps.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

you will need to have a Discord account and a D&D beyond account in order to play in my games. You will also need to join my discord.

What Nathan brings to the table

I utilize a combination of character voices, sound effects, and dramatic combat descriptions in order to immerse myself and my players in the game.

Homebrew rules

potions take a bonus action, and switching weapons takes a bonus action. Whenever you roll to attack and score a critical, not only is it considered an immediate X2 damage, you get the chance to up it to X4 with another D20 roll.

Safety

How Nathan creates a safe table

before session zero I will individually and privately send out my own "D&D Consent Checklist." During session zero, I will make sure everyone is aware of what can be and cannot be spoken of during the games. After every session, I will ask everyone if they had any issues, and if they are ready for the next week's game.
