About the adventure
A menace threatens the realm. The ancient blue dragon, Anthradusk, seeks to perform a ritual to resurrect all his blue dragon ancestors so that together they might bring a reign of untold terror onto the world. However, the wizard Eldemere, former disciple of the ancient brass dragon, Kozmioko, has bestowed on the party a mysterious brass dragon egg and with it a task to steep it in the hoards of 10 dragons. She believes this egg to be the key in defeating Anthradusk and thwarting his terrifying scheme. Guided by dreams bestowed by this Brazen Egg, the party wanders the lands, seeking out dragons and their hoards to help unlock the eggs power. Some of these dragons are vile villains, others are benevolent forces, but whether evil or good there is no question that adventure awaits wherever a dragon is found. Currently the party is about to commence "To Whom the Void Calls" which starts with the characters at Level 5. We are using 2024 rules.

About me
Hello! I'd like to share with you my deep and profound love of roleplay! I've been playing D&D and other tabletop roll playing games for over 20 years and have been running games almost as long. I am a deep believer in the philosophy of "play to find out what happens". No outcome is predetermined, the players of my games are fully in the driver seat.

Creating your character
You should build your character ahead of the first session, reach out to me and we can have a discussion about your characters backstory and how they might fit into the storyline. Characters will start at level 5, stats can be generated using point buy or standard array. You can build your character in D&D Beyond or in Roll 20, whichever your preference. We will be using 2024 rules so you are encouraged to use the material from that ruleset, however if there is something from legacy that you are interested in, let me know and it'll probably be fine.
Currently party consists of a beastmaster ranger, a dragonborn monk, a goliath light domain cleric and a human bard/paladin.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should have their character built ahead of time. Feel free to reach out if your need assistance with that. I am happy to help walk you through it. You should have a Roll 20 account and D&D Beyond if you are going to use it. You will also need the Beyond 20 browser extension if you are running from D&D Beyond. We will be using Discord for voice only, no video. Roll 20 for maps and rolling and Dnd Beyond for character sheets.
What Seb brings to the table
I try and offer a well balance mix of combat, exploration, and roleplay. I provide tactical battlemaps and speak in character as NPC's. For the most part I stick with rules as written but am definitely open to players trying something cool, especially if it fits well within the narrative or enhances the feel of heroic fantasy.

How Seb creates a safe table
There will be a lines and veils document made available in Roll 20 where players can anonymously add to the list. I will also have macros in place to have and X card button for Roll 20. In general I encourage players to reach out to me if they are having any issues and I will be happy to make adjustments to the content as necessary. We will take breaks during the session as necessary. I will do my best to remember to take a break but players are welcome to call for one at any time.
