Seb's got a great attitude, exhibits a lot of patience with players who aren't as strong on the rules, keeps the pace flowing in a very skillful manner, and generally puts fun first as a DM. He's got a well realized world which seems to be complete enough to allow him to roll with the punches when his players up the entropy on him, and he's got the ability to run an engaging sandbox campaign while still providing enough structure for the players to have some concrete options to choose from when they get narratively stuck. Highly recommend!
