About the adventure
As the pickaxe rings in your hands, the hot desert sun causes sweat to run down your forehead. It was only 40 days ago that you, your family and your village were taken taken as prisoners by the Queendom of Ebathia, forced to work in the Quarry of the Screaming Dunes, mining for Amethyst gemstones. 40 days of hearing the dawn bell signal a new days work, 40 days of hearing the foreman whip those who don't meet their quotas. 40 days of disease and death running rampant through the quarry. But no more, you and your companions have agreed you are not spending 40 more days in this hellhole, you're getting out, no matter what it takes. सृजन संरक्षण विनाश सृजन संरक्षण विनाश सृजन संरक्षण विनाश In this campaign you will: 🐎 Journey across a continent, with cultures inspired by India, China, Persia, Egypt, Greece and even Mesoamerica. 😈 Fight against monsters and demons from this realm and others in fun, quick, cinematic combat using Draw Steel. ☀️ Experience a character-focused narrative of growth and character development as you determine your own journey and path to reaching enlightenment. 🌏 Learn to play a new TTRPG that lets you experience roleplay, combat, exploration and downtime like you never have before. Saajgharia is a world that only within the last millennium, has escaped the clutches of tyrannical rule by a foreign power that lead to the subjugation, oppression and death of millions of the native inhabitants of the continent. Inspired by the partitioning of India from Colonial British rule, the setting explores the themes of Empires, culture-clashes and the impacts of industrialization on a recovering world.

About me
Hey all, Scott here! I'm a Game Master from Australia, and I’ve been running TTRPGs for longer than I care to admit. With a background in film and a lifelong love of storytelling, I’m passionate about crafting cinematic, character-driven adventures full of laughter, tension, and maybe a few tears. I specialize in sandbox-style campaigns where player choice drives the world. Expect freedom, consequence, and stories that grow naturally from your characters’ actions. Add a few silly voices, some epic music, and heartfelt moments, and you’ve got the kind of table I love to run. When I'm not running games on Startplaying or for my own group of friends, I like playing video games, exercising, and doom scrolling on my phone. My favorite video game series is a tie between The Legend of Zelda and God of War (The soundtracks of which you will become very familiar with if you join any of my games). I love listening to music and spending a night with friends. I hope to see you at one of my tables!
