About the adventure
You are survivors in a world ruled by fear. Fifty-five years ago, the Red City appeared in the skies. From it descended an unstoppable army of Clanks. Cold, unyielding constructs of steel and crimson light. In just a decade, every crown was shattered, every kingdom burned, and the Steel Dominion’s law became the only law. Now, the Clanks themselves are rarely seen, but their shadow looms heavy over every village and broken throne. Some mortals enforce Dominion law. Others cling to silence. And whispers of rebellion grow louder by the day. In this campaign, your choices will shape the future. Will you obey to survive? Resist to ignite rebellion? Or uncover truths hidden in the Red City’s crimson glow?

About me
👋 Hey there! I'm a GM who absolutely loves running games. With five years of ttrpg experience under my belt, including three years as a GM, I bring a ton of enthusiasm and know-how to every session. I'm originally from Scotland, but I've been living in Japan for over a decade, working as an English teacher (sensei). My Japanese isn't perfect, but I get by just fine. I often play online games with fellow expats and run games in Tokyo. Because of the time zone difference, I might take a bit longer to respond, but I always try to reply as quickly as possible via SP or my discord server. For me, clear communication is key. I think most issues can be sorted out by talking things through, so I always offer a short, optional review session after each game. Before we dive into a one-shot, adventure, or campaign, I make sure to explain how everything will run to keep things smooth and fun for everyone. I look forward to rolling some dice with you!

Creating your character
We’ll create characters using Demiplane, perfect for new or experienced players. Start at Level 4, choose your class, heritage, and story connections, and build a hero shaped by the Red City and Steel Dominion. By the end, you’ll have a character who feels real and ready for adventure.
I will have a one-on-one conversation with each new player to ensure that you are a good fit for the table and that the table is a good fit for you. This also provides an opportunity to discuss the adventure in more detail and ask any questions you may have. The party is currently level 4. Current Party Composition 1.
