About the adventure
Explore a completely homebrew world and pursue any adventure you want, with a completely bespoke adventure! Each player will have their very own custom channels to keep track of their own private asynchronous game. No need to worry about scheduling, or other players, just post and respond when you are available in your own text-based "play by post" duet adventure! I will work closely with you to craft the exact story that you'd like to see and create your ideal character that you'd like to play. I am 100% flexible on power level, adult content, ratio to combat/exploration/roleplay, tone, genre, & pacing. Whether you're an absolute beginner or a grizzled veteran, you'll find I'm comfortable explaining every aspect of the game as I am providing unique and strategic challenges to overcome. 📅 Posting Schedule & Commitment 📅 5 Days On, 2 Days Off – The cycle begins when payment is received. Expect a minimum of 1 in-depth post per day with several shorter responses throughout. About me
Hello, I'm Leaf! I'm a neurodivergent Pro GM, musician, voice actor, fantasy writer, and I make DnD/RPG content on Youtube/Twitch as aStoryofaLeaf. I have a background in theatre during High school and film production during college, so I approach my games in a very thematic way. I have been a GM & player for several years, and long before I had anyone to play DnD or TTRPGs with, I was an avid worldbuilder, storyteller, and writer for 17+ years. I've always loved collaborative storytelling and I believe that TTRPGs are the best medium for that, so as soon as I started playing DnD 5e with friends, I was hooked! I strive to run games that are compelling, inclusive, dramatic, comedic, & above all fun! Player agency and providing a safe space for my players to tell the story they want for their characters are very important to me. I want my players to experience gut busting laughter, heartbreaking drama, unsuspected shock, terrifying suspense, and any other cathartic emotional release that they seek. My games are PC-centric, unique, and tailormade to bring the PCs into the larger narrative. Characters will need (can be adjusted upon request): ⭐Level 3 (2014 rules) ⭐Stats "Standard array" or "Point Buy" ⭐HP "Average/Fixed" ⭐1 Free Feat ⭐1 Free uncommon magic item ⭐300 gp to spend on mundane items & spell components ⭐Any official DnD Content (homebrew options available) ⭐Brief as you want backstory ⭐Character art (does not need to be custom) 📜Character sheets can be in any format you prefer (DnDBeyond, Roll20, physical paper, PDF, etc.) ❓As soon as you sign up, I can start helping you create a character sheet and answer any questions you have before, during, and after the game. 💯I can make a custom character sheet for you if you would like!
