About the adventure
Welcome to the recently established Bounty Hunters Guild on the swampy mid-rim planet of Mimban. Here the hunters are in control, accepting the jobs they want and selecting their starship from a small arsenal that best suits the needs of the mission. With a 100% success rate, our guild has the experience required of any client. Join now and you, too, can join the elite force of bounty hunters that serve our guild with pride. All events take place at the height of the Galactic Empire, a few years before the Rebellion breaks out on Yavin 4. That doesn't mean there aren't insurgents, particularly on this planet, where war with the Empire has been waging since it was first colonized. The Mimban Bounty Hunters Guild (MimBHG, pronounced "Mihm-bug", for short) considers itself a neutral party in the conflict, taking commissions from both sides should the opportunity arise. Each mission is designed to introduce new players to the game, though advanced players are welcome to roll a new character and try it out! Your guild liaison offers up a bounty, providing key details on who they are and why they're being hunted, but it's up to you to gather clues and intel on their whereabouts. You can devise a plan to capture them peacefully or by force, and turn them to the appropriate authorities to collect your payout.

About me
Hello there, I'm Rocky! I'm 26 and have basically been playing ttrpgs since I could count, as my dad was an OG D&D player back in the 80s. I started with D&D 3.5e and Pathfinder 1e. I have since mastered D&D 5e, and dabbled in many other ttrpgs since then. The games that stick with me the most are set in my homebrew world of Estrya, where actions players have taken in one campaign impact the lore and history present in the world for future campaigns and players. I've also run published material, like Tales from the Yawning Portal and Spelljammer: Light of Xaryxis, or converted older D&D modules like Rock of Bral into the 5e system.

Creating your character
1️⃣ Fill out the Google Form once you've signed up for the game. 2️⃣ I will send you an invite to the game server on Discord. 3️⃣ Once you're in, we can start talking more about your character! Get the creative juices flowing, and make your character apart of the world. I'll provide the link to RPG Sessions for you to make your sheet. 4️⃣ At the beginning I will give new players a rundown of the rules and guide you through character creation. I've got a powerpoint slideshow equipped of all the basic rules ready to go! 5️⃣ Once everyone has their character ready, we can launch into the game at hyperspeed!

Our guild has been contracted by the CEO of a tech firm for personal security while he and a pair of interested buyers tour his facilities. With voting season on the horizon and rising anti-capitalist sentiment brewing, there may be a few parties interested in the dissolution of this upcoming business merger. Preparing for the session
🧠Active imagination (required!) 🔊Voice chat only! 💻We will be using Discord and RPG Sessions, so please have accounts in these or make them. 📕Having read the rules in any of the three core rulebooks (Edge of the Empire, Age of Rebellion, Force & Destiny) would be a bonus, more for you than me, as I always love introducing new people to the game!
