About the adventure
Contained within this game are anthology-style one shots in Critical Role's "Call Of The Netherdeep" setting: Wildemount, with a twist! These one shots will purely make use of the exciting new Daggerheart system - which is primarily a collaborative storytelling and narrative world building TTRPG! Whether you're in the mood for a swashbuckling seafaring adventure, or a straightforward dungeon delving quest into a dragon's lair, this series of exciting Wildemount one shots aims to offer adventures that is sure to appeal to a wide variety of TTRPG players, beginner or veteran! To join, you do not need to be well versed in the Daggerheart system, or even Wildemount's/Exandria's lore. These adventures will be totally self contained, and serve well as an introduction to the Daggerheart system! All that is asked of players is to bring an open mind, some narrative ideas for your characters, and a willingness to learn a brand new system! I look forward to seeing you at my table, adventurer! Cheers!

Meet the Game Master
About me
DM with over 3 years of offline and online Game Master experience, with a serious penchant for tormenting my players in the most entertaining and immersive way possible! I primarily run 5e stories and adventures, although I'm well known to get a bit twist-y with it! But if you're not a 5e lover, don't you worry because I plan on running a vast array of non-5e D&D, and other TTRPGs. In the past, I have run non-D&D systems like The Witcher TTRPG, The Good Society TTRPG (modified!), and some PF2E. So, I hope to see you embark on the fantastical (and whimsical) adventures I run; but please — 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐄. Icon Art by @ShionsLife on Instagram!

Creating your character
I will run you through character creation myself and provide character sheets for the same. This one shot is a Level 2 adventure! Only the Daggerheart core options will be available for this one shot.
This one shot will take place on Friday Night [ 6 P.M. BST], and it will be based in Wildemount's jewel city - Deastok! The Truscan nobles in Deastok are hosting a Harvest Festival to ring in and celebrate the bountiful gains of the Spring season, and you are all invited as participants and partygoers, but also as security detail ... 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒆. Nominated by the new Starosta of Deastok, Erskine Truscan, you are tasked with both: enjoying the Fete, and 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑚𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑓𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑠. P.S.: As this is meant to be a flowing one shot in a new system, some elements, dimensions, and endings of the one shot are interchangeable and high dependent on your characters! :)
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Prepare only with narrative character concepts, and be sure to have a i) discord account, ii) a Roll20 account, and iii) a Demiplane account. All three are free to make!
What Ajna brings to the table
The Daggerheart Core rule book, an Owlbear/Roll20 VTT link, a modded discord server, voices and narrative descriptions, and ambient and mood appropriate music! My GM style depends entirely on roleplaying and storytelling, and though I try my hardest to make my games a good balance of combat and roleplay, my games are shaped by my tendency to prefer and prioritize the spirit of collaboration, storytelling, and roleplaying.

How Ajna creates a safe table
There will be a sheet with all the sensitive topics, trigger warnings, and content warnings that are necessitated by the members of the group. Typically, I form a document for my own reference, but it is available upon request for all. I also make sure to remind before session what all to avoid discussing within game time.
