About the adventure
For forty years, Sandy Petersen's "The Haunting" has been the introduction to the investigative horror world of Call of Cthulhu. In fact, it may even be the single most played RPG module of all time. Come and learn why. It's nineteen twenties Boston. It's said there's been a horrid tragedy with the latest tenants of the old Corbitt House, but for all yous know it might just be another case of insurance fraud. It's a grim spring day with rain hammering down like ice-cold knives, and you're going to get to the bottom of this.

About me
horror, noir, nostalgia It is good for you to feel afraid. It lets the worry out. I'm a huge fan of helping people find ways to tell better stories with their friends and whilst there are few stages I can safely perform cabaret magic at, I turn to guiding people through pleasantly unsettling games. I am here for you if you're wanting to play some Cthulhu horror, some B/X, some OD&D.

Sean is a splendid GM for new and experienced players. He is enjoyable, assertive, proactive, empathic, smart, subtly lawful evil in the way you want your GM to be, have great timing and gusto, with a deep professional knowledge of games/mechanics/narration, to the point that I suspect he can ran an engaging game with just a chopstick. Highly recommended of you are looking for and engagement in one shots and campaign. As a "forever GM" myself I was looking for a campaign as player, and I'm picky. I had great fun with Sean and perfect interpersonal dynamics. Sean gave everybody at the table what they wanted: tactical grind, interpretation, deep role play, horror and gore, non-sense puns, shared storytelling, free reins when appropriate. Everything in the right dosage. And we were a colorite lot I saw him managing a party of 6 with a decent turnover, for a quarter, with grace, developing the campaign from a strong start into player driven consequences. Stop thinking, Drop him a message
As someone who produces actual play, online content, and also loves sitting at a table, I am always thrilled when I get to invite Sean to run a game. I’ve played in deans games a number of times, often with the designers of the games he is running, all of the players are delighted by Sean’s mix of voice acting, improv, and evocative imagery!
If you're considering getting Sean as your GM, DO IT!!! DO IT RIGHT NOW!!!! Sean is so fun to play with! He really does an excellent job of painting the scene, and encourages players to engage. He's very supportive of all playing styles! He makes for a chill vibe and an environment where everyone feels comfortable. Would recommend the experience to anyone!

Mystery investigation and abject horror: think John Carpenter's "Scooby Doo". Simple rule system where you have an obvious percentage chance of success. Combat is unlikely, but it will be deadly if it happens. Horrific sights and realisations will degrade your understanding of reality.
