This is the desert moon of Duna, one rich in history, treasure, and magick. The four nations have mostly lived in harmony, but that's why you're here; to rock the boat a little! That's why you've shrugged off these nations and decided to take matters into your own hands! About me
Hey there! I'm Dandy and I've been a DM for over eight years now, exploring all sorts of systems. At the moment, I'm specializing in Dungeons and Dragons 5e and World of Darkness. I love making lore-heavy games with intensive and deep world-building, deep roleplays and opportunities for character growth, interaction and development. I am a transmasculine freelance artist and illustrator as well, having many years of experience in both artwork and character design and creation. With both my love of artwork and storytelling, being a dungeon master has become a blessing on my life. It's given me so many amazing opportunities and experiences to meet many people from so many different walks of life perspectives. I've been playing with Dandy for a little over 2 years now, and I've got to say they are the Best Game Master I've ever played with. They make sure to work with their players and ensure a safe, and comfortable space. They work with their players to make sure everyone is playing a game that they'd enjoy, and work hard for the enjoyment of their players. I would Highly Recommend Dandy to anyone looking for a Fantastic Table Top experience. 5/5. My only grievance is that I can't use more Tags to describe my game master, because three tags just isn't enough.

Dandy is an incredible DM with incredible insight and presence. His energy levels are also incredible, and he brings a sense of vibrancy to his NPCs throughout the session. His campaign's organization and introduction to a session are fantastic, with a comprehensive session 0. Dandy is also more than understanding player problems that might cause delays or sudden absences; he is super supportive of his players.

Dandy's a really awesome GM, I've played with him as a Game Master for four campaigns and many more one shots, and I love the stories that he makes and builds with his players. They work with their players to make sure everyone's having fun and a good time, no matter what happens! I appreciate that especially, since my characters had a bad string of luck in getting majorly messed up somehow, but he worked with me to figure out where to go and what to do moving forward in the campaigns. He's an amazing writer that puts tons of content and lore into the worlds he builds that are fascinating to explore and uncover, and works hard with players in order to integrate their character and the ideas the player wants and is looking forward to into the campaign world. All in all, a fantastic game master I would always recommend if you're looking for a more mature campaign or group to play with!

Creating your character
Characters are created individually for the campaign on D&D BEYOND. I will work with all concepts to integrate them into the world and story. I will work with players individually in the creation of their characters and help them if needed so they can be approved. For this campaign, you will begin at level five. Additional creation information is listed on the campaign primer.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please read all of the rules and read the lore and information listed on the Campaign Primer which will be sent to you upon inquiry. It's required that you have a working microphone and computer, or another system that can run D&D Beyond, Foundry, and Discord. You will need to follow along the provided master sheet for the campaign, made and programmed for updates, game comprehension, loot, etcetera. You must have a Foundry account, a D&D Beyond account, and a Discord in order to participate. You must join the campaign server to participate. If you need assistance in any of this, I am more than happy to help. Session 0 is paid and required.
What Dandy brings to the table

How Dandy creates a safe table
We will go over the Session Zero, table rules and expectations at the beginning of the campaign, and at the end of every session I'll offer player feedback and request DM feedback as well. I will do my best so that we will all be on the same page, and remain comfortable and transparent. This campaign will be very dark and cover various uncomfortable topics. Please if you're interested in attending this campaign, understand that by joining this campaign, you consent in being mature with these topics, and to handle them in character and to also understand that they are being handled delicately as fictional content. Riding off of this, you must understand that the actions and beliefs of characters are not congruent to the beliefs and actions of the players who control them.
