About the adventure
OVERVIEW The city of Kintargo has long been a safe haven for artists, freethinkers, and those marginalized by the oppressive Chelaxian government, but now the city has been placed under martial law by inquisitor Barzillai Thrune. When a protest turns into a riot, a new group of heroes comes together to form an organized resistance against the devil-binding government and the church of Asmodeus—but can they survive long enough to establish allies? Or will they become the latest victims of the Thrice-Damned House of Thrune? FEATURING: -A level 1-16 campaign featuring Devils and their Devil ways! -RRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS -Deep lore about Cheliax, Kintargo and the infernal power structure. -Building up a resistance movement from scratch and watching it flourish... or fail. -The best writing that Pazio can offer!
Game style
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.
Rules as Written (RaW)
Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game.
This is a weekly campaign that will span levels 1-16. I bring all of the automation I can bring to Fantasy Grounds Unity including but not limited to: -Auto math -Auto differentiation between those who made a save and those who did not (I.E. auto calculating who made their save when being hit by a fireball) -Calculating of health, Spell Save DC, Attack bonuses and damage -Auto accounting for spell preparation. and much more. I also have nearly every Pathfinder official book, along with a large array of expansions. They add new spells and archetype to all the classes.

Excellent gamemaster! Great fun, has original content and well developed campaign/storyline. Very familiar with virtual table top and use/control. Very proficient with multiple game systems such as d&d, pathfinder. I highly recommend and you are lucky if you can find an open slot and get in on a campaign you are interested in!
My husband and I joined in for a Call of Cthulhu one shot that had been featured for the Week Within The Mythos event using the AlchemyRPG VTT (that’s not a VTT?), and Rob was an amazing GM/Keeper/Host! He’s really welcoming and friendly, his play style didn’t seem forced and you can tell he wants to make sure everyone enjoys themselves. Being new users to StartPlaying and Alchemy, and doing our first full play through of a CoC scenario we went in feeling a little anxious and intimidated, but very quickly felt comfortable with Rob and the other players. I’m 100% pleased with the experience we had, and that we’d picked him as our first GM. I highly recommend, and hope to join more scenarios in the future and eventually even a longer campaign once I gain a bit more experience (Masks of Nyarlathotep? Yes please).
Had so much fun when we created our second character due to campaign issues for the 1st, think I had a better idea to roleplay a character second time around and the crew dynamic was awesome. I'll always have a soft spot for the character I created in the setting, just something I was happy to be apart of for sure. His passion came through with the setting, campaign and npc's, the leader we had in the game was very cool and enjoyed his way of roleplaying. Helps you learn the different VTT since I was used to Dndbeyond and Roll20 and the vibe between players and DM were very fun. Wish I had the chance to continue through with the campaign but highly recommend people to join his games!
I have had the absolute pleasure of participating in a campaign with Rob, and I simply cannot recommend him enough! If you're in search of an unforgettable D&D experience, this is it. First and foremost, his storytelling abilities are unparalleled. From the moment we stepped into the campaign, it was clear that we were in for an epic adventure. Rob's creativity has no limits, and he weaves together intricate plots, engaging NPCs, and immersive settings. It's impossible not to get lost in the rich tapestry of his storytelling. What sets Rob apart from other DMs is his commitment to creating a space where players can truly engage with the world he built. Every choice I made felt meaningful, and actions had real consequences. This level of player agency is a testament to Rob's dedication to crafting an interactive and dynamic narrative. He makes you feel like your character's story is an integral part of the overall plot. Moreover, Rob is extremely supportive of new players. He has an incredible ability to make newcomers feel welcome, comfortable, and excited to delve into D&D. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or brand new to the realm of fantasy tabletop gaming, Rob goes above and beyond to ensure everyone at the table has a great time. Rob also has incredible patience. As a new player he never rushed, never belittled, and always took the time to explaining the rules, mechanics, and the Fantasy Grounds platform to me. He is excellent at guiding players who are still learning the ropes. It's clear that he genuinely cares about fostering a positive and inclusive gaming environment. I wholeheartedly recommend Rob to anyone who is searching for an exhilarating, immersive, and welcoming D&D experience.
