About the adventure
Enter the megadungeon! Evil stirs in the depths of the Abomination Vaults, a sprawling dungeon where the evil sorcerer Belcorra Haruvex attempted to raise an army of monsters hundreds of years ago. Brave heroes must venture into a dungeon full of beasts and traps to prevent a spiteful villain from rising again. Tweaked to use the Remaster rules. Free session 0.

Dungeon Crawl
A “Dungeon Crawl” is a scenario where players navigate a dungeon or labyrinth-like environment for the entirety of the adventure. It emphasizes battling monsters, collecting loot, and avoiding traps to survive to the end!
Rules as Written (RaW)
Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game.
Rule of Cool (RoC)
“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.

This DM is very understanding of players new to the system and platform. I have played a couple times with them now and I am getting better but still frequently forget the sequence of events for my actions on foundry and pathfinder 2.0 but Moonshie is understanding and allows me time and coaches me through getting everything done the proper way. A great DM to teach you how the systems work!
I have played 4 campaigns and several one-shots with Moonshie: Carrion Crown (Pathfinder 1ed), Jade Regent (Pathfinder 1ed), Masks: A New Generation (custom mini-campaign), Avatar Legends: The Roleplaying Game (mini-campaign, not sure if it was a pre-written or custom, but it was good nevertheless) and he deserves every penny and every minute of your time. Great leadership and communication skills. If you want to learn new system you should play with Moonshie. If you want to have a great time you should play with Moonshie. You won't regret it.
As a first time player, I was a bit scared of messing up or being too slow with certain aspects of the game, but Moonshie provided an incredibly safe and comfortable environment and I ended up learning a lot with him! Incredible GM, very fun to be around while simultaneously always being professional. Would definitely play with him again!
My first ever GM, who introduced me to the world of TTRPGs and has provided me with fantastic experiences. Moonshie is very helpful throughout the entire process of the game - in and out of session - from character creation advice to minute rules questions that come up during sessions. Very flexible and manages to come up with compelling narratives and settings created from ground up based on prompts, broad concepts and character backstories, like in the case of the Beacon campaign I started my TTRPG journey with. Moonshie is also great at running existing adventures (he can even convert them to different systems, from PF1e to 2e, for example) and makes the characters and the events therein very compelling and engaging. It's very fun to get into character in his games and immerse myself into their mindset, which Moon accommodates fantastically. Also tolerates my 4-5 pages long backstories, which I'm grateful for. Moonshie creates very fun combat encounters that are almost always exciting and at times nail-biting. He has a great sense of balance and knows how to use the systems and design/use enemies that will challenge the party in a satisfying confrontation. The effort Moonshie puts into running the games is also great, he has everything prepared for the session and running smoothly in VTTs, especially Foundry, and presents everything with very appealing visual flair.
I have known Moonshie for nearly a year now and in this short time I can say that we easily grew into friends. I quickly got hooked into his campaigns ideas and was greeted by a very welcoming attitude, shown in his constant company in both character creations and their journey through the stories that we shared together. I never found any problem with trying new systems in those games due to the mastery and knowledge that he naturally displayed, even with a system that we were all trying out together. You will notice that his enthusiasm for game design will make it easy for everyone involved to quickly grasp any system, evolving into a rather dynamic and fluid game time. Even with a bit of a language barrier due to my lack of practice with spoken english, I still found a very welcoming space that might not be as present in the internet for non-native speakers like me. If you are looking for a nice and friendly GM who can bring some warmth into your TTRPG games I can definitely recommend him.
