About the adventure

THE WORLD HAS ENDED, AND IT'S ENDING AGAIN. Three hundred years ago, the Cataclysm brought ruin to the world of Krynn. In a single day, an age of wonders came to an end. Countless innocents died, the face of the world was reshaped, and the gods themselves faded into legend. Through ages of struggle, the peoples of Krynn survived, but the world isn't what it was. Those nations that remain linger in the shadows of their ancestors' wonders. Only slowly have they begun to push back centuries of darkness and rediscover how the world has changed. Then came the Dragon Armies, legions of soldiers devoted to the wicked god Takhisis the Dragon Queen, and the world faces ruin once more. The War of the Lance has begun, and in a conflict between gods and dragons, a wounded world hangs in the balance. Can your team keep an eye on the Dragon Army as it searches the Northern Wastes for the City of Lost Names? Our heroes must find an artifact before the dreadful Lord Soth finds it and returns it to the Dragon Queen allowing her to re-enter the world and destroy Krynn as we know it.

About me

Dungeons and Dragons is a favorite game of mine and I have been a GM for the last few years which has been instrumental in building my love for this game. I enjoy helping new players learn the ins and outs, but I also like to GM for experienced players as well. I feel the online community is one of the most welcoming and encouraging group of players around. I also enjoy in person games. Currently, I GM 2 long term in-person campaigns and various in-person one shots. I want to branch out into online gaming to learn more about my craft and reach a broader audience. All of my games are LGBTQ+ friendly, and I welcome all people that want to join my adventures. PS yes, I'm that old...

Character creation

Creating your character

Copy and paste this link into your browser: https://www.dndbeyond.com/campaigns/join/6546394102376494. This will take you to the campaign site and you will create your character there. We will be starting at LEVEL 6. We will ONLY use the 2024 Player's Handbook for our source. There are some rules for character creation, however. You can only select from the following species: Human, Elf, Half-Elf, Dwarf, Gnome and Kender. If you would like to play an artificer class, you MUST be a Gnome. When you are creating your character, uncheck all of the top listing except Expanded Rules. Then uncheck ALL for Partnered Content. You may check Optional Class Features and Customize Your Origin. We will use Milestone for character advancement. Keep all the rest of the default settings. DO NOT ROLL for stats. Only use Standard Array or Point Buy. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
