About the adventure
New Players Welcome! | 2024 Rules | 18+ You don't need to know the rules. All I ask is for you to be willing to learn as we play! đ Across the island of Obojima, something dark stirs beneath the warmth of its cozy villages and the glow of its festivals. What began as a simple journey to save the rice harvest in Okiri has drawn our heroes into a struggle far larger than themselves. Beneath the laughter of markets and the shimmer of Mossling lights, they uncovered a growing corruption. A oozing black blight stripping life from sea and soil alike. The elusive Lionfish King, once a leader among the fishfolk, now seeks to crown himself ruler of all the islandâs waters, stealing rice, trafficking goods, and building an army. At the same time, the city of Yatamon turns a blind eye. Through courage, compassion, and cleverness, the party has uncovered his network, hidden right beneath the city streets, fighting to protect both mortals and spirits alike. Yet Obojima remains a place of wonder. The heroesâ path has taken them from sacred festivals and duels of honor to strange encounters with trickster spirits and sentient rubble. Theyâve faced monsters born of greed and magic, forged bonds with Mosslings and midwives, and learned that kindness can be as mighty as the sword. As the corruption spreads and whispers of war ripple across the island, the group must unite the fractured people of Obojima before the Lionfish Kingâs reach extends beyond the sea and into the heart of the world itself.

About me
Hey there, Iâm Brad. Welcome to my table! My games range from light-hearted and whimsical to deep, mysterious, and character-driven. Whether weâre laughing over a wild crit fail or unraveling a shadowy conspiracy, I focus on keeping the story engaging through plenty of âyes, andâŠâ moments. I love creating collaborative stories where every player feels seen and every choice matters. New to gaming? Youâre in great company. Weâll learn, explore, and level up together. A little about me: Iâm a U.S. Army Veteran and served with the 1st Infantry Division in Afghanistan. Those years taught me the power of teamwork, flexibility, and resilience. All of which show up in how I run my games. After my time in the military, my wife Amanda and I faced a tough chapter of our own. After going through an ectopic pregnancy, we channeled our energy into something joyful: starting The Scheming Cookie, where we handcraft creative, protein-packed treats that are as bold and sweet as the people we bake them for. Whether Iâm spinning tales or baking cookies, my goal is simple: to bring people together. So grab your dice (and maybe a cookie too), and letâs kick off an adventure worth remembering.
