About the adventure

There are many manifestations of conflict that a professional DM/GM has to deal with. The most common and pernicious at a table is "Player vs. Player." To often DMs allow players to bring PCs to a table with little guidance or oversight. Playing "the wrong PC" or "the PC wrong" easily leads to conflict among players which will ultimately end any campaign. For example: A player picks a "Charismatic" Bard to be the "face" of the party, but their play style is introverted and disengaging. The other players are confused as to why they would play their PC this way? Are they bored or are they deliberately sabotaging the game? Once the seeds of doubt between players is set, the result is inevitable...the table will eventually fall apart. In this workshop, we will explore the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator as a tool to help reduce table conflict. This seminar is focused on the DnD 5e portfolio, although the concepts can be applied to other RPG games. Having completed the Executive Leadership curriculum at the Navy's Leadership and Ethics Center, I am certified expert in Myers-Briggs personality theory, one of the many tools used by the Navy's Submarine Force to improve crew cohesion and team building. For those that think MBTI is "fake science" and are reluctant to sign up because of that false impression, I recommend reading the Psychology Today article below: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/my-brothers-keeper/202002/in-defense-the-myers-briggs I gave this seminar at GEN CON this last year to rave reviews.

Explore and unravel intricate story plot lines set in motion by memorable NPCs. ✔️ Amazing battlemaps are the focus, RP to tie everything together ✔️ Encourages player creativity - "Yes, you can do that!" ✔️ Unique visual aids, ambient music and sound effects 🌐 https://AdmiralAdventures.com/ 🙏 A portion of proceeds supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation I run most of my campaigns as follows: 📚 Rules as Written (RaW) Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game. ⚔️ Combat Heavy “Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.
