About the adventure
In the heart of Everden lies the mystical forest of Humblewood, a land once harmonious with the rhythm of nature. Protected for generations by the wise and industrious Birdfolk of Alderheart, the Great Tree City, the forest has stood as a symbol of peace and prosperity. But now, that peace is being threatened. The fires have come; scorching the land, razing villages, and turning the once serene woods into a battleground. The Humblefolk, whose homes have been destroyed, are rising in anger, their hearts burning with hatred toward their Birdfolk rulers. The flames have not only begun ravaging the land but ignited the spark of rebellion. Once peaceful citizens have turned to banditry, and the threat of war looms on the horizon. Yet, amid the chaos, a glimmer of hope remains. Brave heroes, whether born from the ashes of their lost homes or called by fate itself, have begun to rise. These champions alone can seek to uncover the truth behind the inferno, quell the flames, and restore balance to Humblewood before it is consumed by hatred and destruction. Do you have the courage to stand against the fire? Will you heal the rift between the people of Humblewood, or will the land fall to ruin? The fate of Alderheart, the Humblefolk, and the forest itself rests in your hands.

About me
😄 Thanks for stopping by! My name is Summy, I'm a massive storytelling nerd from British Columbia who specializes in providing a safe, inclusive table for all players to enjoy cinematic storytelling together. I've been a TTRPG player and GM for more than half my life. My passion is running TTRPG games within the genres of gothic and folk horror, as well as high and dark fantasy, with the occasional zany adventure as a breath of fresh air. My favorite official D&D settings are Barovia (for creating). Join one of my campaigns if you're looking for a consistent game run by an enthusiastic and experienced GM with a strong belief in professional ethics as well as creating a welcoming environment for all! Just note I am intolerant to intolerance!

How Summy creates a safe table
Session 0 will take place over Discord (Link will be sent!) This is where we will go over character creation, lines and veils, safety tools, and get to know one another! If you don't feel comfortable doing a voice or acting in the game, that is totally ok! We are here to have fun, so do what would be most fun for you! We will be using D&D classes and characters and the campaign will likely go from Level 1-5. Please let me know if you're hoping to use some homebrew materials so we can incorporate them into the world together :)
