GM style

My style is all about the small character beats. Expect plenty of audiovisual assets to immerse you in the world and make you care for its inhabitants as living, breathing people. From a garden rat to a lich king, everyone has a role to play, you just have to discover it! Music is a powerful tool and I use it generously. From fantasy-themed background music to character-specific sound effects, the world we'll adventure in together will come to life. Mechanically, I believe in the rules, but I am willing to stretch things in order to make each moment fluid and easy to grok. For beginners, I'll stay within the confines of the written rules just because it's easier to understand, but for more experienced players I'm more than willing to change things up to provide a more engaging gameplay experience! I've DMed for players at varying levels of experience, from grade-schoolers to D&D veterans, so I do consider myself well-versed in the game but I'm more than willing to take in critique and suggestions.
