The City of Elturel ahs been banished to Hell and is sinking into the River Styx. Armies of demons and devils are warring for the souls of the innocents. You are the only hope! Quest for the angel's sword and free the city before it sinks forever! You will save souls, find lost artifacts and fight while traveling around Avernus, the first plane of Hell. All materials are provided for this game and setting. There is no need to feel intimidated; my player community and I will walk with you and help you make the character you will have a blast playing. The heroes have dug their way into a giant scab that is absorbing a Holy Citadel on the 1st Plane of Hell, Avernus. It is rumored the sword of Zariel, a fallen angel is entombed within the citadel. As they fight their way into the labyrinth they become embroiled in the Blood War between Demons and Devils. Can you help them tip the balance in one direction or the other...or perhaps carve out another solution?!? Packed with moral quandaries, action and treasure what would you do! Create an 11th level character and join the mission.

How to prepare
The Theater of the Mind (audio portion of the adventure) will occur on Discord supplemented by images and battle maps as needed. You will need an account on Discord. Access to the dedicated server will be open prior to the game. Owlbear Rodeo may be used. No subscription is necessary. Characters will be made or provided on D&DBeyond. Players will make characters during session zero; or, we can make one prior to the game session. A pre-made character can be provided.
What I provide
I am bringing decades of games experience, a robust community, in depth characterisation and the flexibility to adapt to player styles and choices. You will have free access to necessary rules and guides on D&DBeyond. I will supplement the narrative with images and maps on the Discord Server. Access to Battle maps and tokens will be open on Owlbear Rodeo. No account is needed by the player.
