About the adventure
Imagine an alternate timeline within the Forgotten Realms. All of the previous adventures have failed and the world has fallen into the control of multiple warlords from Tiamat, Zariel, Ogremoch, and the one and only Vecna. With this world in turmoil, you'll come face to face with many grand enemies and unlikely allies against the Whispered One. You will be starting from the start, in hopes to overthrow the Whispered One and his subordinates.... The Forgotten Realms have changed to an apocalyptic wasteland, where grand cities have fallen and natural landscapes are a thing of horror.... This is the ultimate quest for good!!! How will you fare?

About me
I absolutely love being a DM, online or in person. You can call me Randy, as it's easier and it's my name! I was forced into it by my friends wanting to play D&D, but no one wanting to run the games. I took the mantle and enjoy it a lot. I'm a storyteller above anything else. I've ran a few one shots and short campaigns. I wanted to get into running online games and teaching others how to play. I love the creativity, teamwork, storytelling, and fun over everything else. Combat is fun, but it isn't the whole game. Roleplaying is a big part, but I never force anyone to roleplay if they feel shy. It's a great place for the community of TTRPGers, as we branch from Dungeons and Dragons to many other systems!! And we love having new people join into our warm and welcoming channel! Creating your character
Characters will start at Level 1, with basic backstories... starting equipment as usual... I have a lot of homebrew for you all to play with! I love character art, as we can turn them into tokens! And don't stress yourself out over creation, I can also be messaged for ideas! We will use rolled stats from Discord, and I do hand out some rerolls if they're terrible... If they dont work out, you can use Point Buy or Standard Array
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need the AboveVTT plugin for Chrome or Firefox, a Discord handle, a DnDBeyond account (all are free), a working microphone, webcam is optional, a mind for story telling, cooperation for other players and their ideas, respect for everyone involved telling the story... and most of all your part of the story that we will tell everyweek!!
What The Clerical Bard brings to the table
I will bring, ultimately, part of the story for all of you to help write! I have the Discord channel, DnDBeyond Content (with tons of homebrew), characters, ambient music, voices, and an indepth narration... I do stick to the rules for the most part, but am open to "Rule of Cool". Ultimately this is the player's story, I just give them the outline and effects of their choices!
