Kingmaker Redux | PF2E |π³οΈββ§οΈπ³οΈβπ| Beginners Welcome!
One of the most famous modules for Pathfinder bar none. Now with vastly improved Kingdom rules!
About the adventure
Welcome to the untamed wilderness of the Stolen Lands, where kingdoms rise and fall with the swing of a sword and the cunning of a ruler. In this gripping Adventure Path for Pathfinder 2E, prepare to embark on an epic journey of conquest, exploration, and intrigue. As brave adventurers, you've been tasked with taming the wild frontier, but the path to glory is fraught with peril. From the depths of ancient forests to the peaks of towering mountains, you'll face fierce monsters, rival kingdoms, and the dark forces that lurk in the shadows. This amazing adventure path will take you all the way from 1st to 20th level. It is a huge sprawling hexcrawl sandbox with lots and lots of different things to explore, monsters to fight and an array of memorable NPCs. The centerpiece of this adventure path is no doubt that you will create, expand and rule your own realm as a group. There are a myriard of ways how you can establish and run your kingdom. This is where the redux part comes in: The Kingdom rules as written are lacking in many ways. I have collected popular house rules and added some of my own to make running your own kingdom faster and less frustrating to run while adjusting the advancement of it during the course of the campaign. Improved creation, leveling and XP progression. I've also streamlined the kingdom turn and provide an improved cheat sheet that will give your turn not only a more informed choice, but also a faster experience overall. The unique experience of running your own kingdom remains with the certainty of codified rules as you are used to in Pathfinder 2E, but with more ease and less hassle. In short: More adventure, less chores! This campaign will make use of the following variant character rules: Gradual Ability Boost Ancestral Paragon Free Archetype If agreed upon the optional rule to share Hero Points can be enabled.

Proficiencies
Players say this GM is great at:
Knows the Rules
Creativity
Inclusive
Aeon runs a great game. He's very knowledgeable about the rules and patient with new players, additionally he prioritizes good automation that make it easy to focus on the fun! Additionally, he's great at listening to his players and allowing them to have room to play their characters how they imagine, leaving room for rp moments when requested but still keeping the game moving, fun, and dynamic for everyone.
Character creation
Creating your character
Character creation will use variant rules for Pathfinder 2nd Edition and leveled to the current level of the party. This campaign will make use of the following variant character rules: Gradual Ability Boost Ancestral Paragon Free Archetype Ancestries, Heritages and Classes can have common and uncommon choices. Everything else has to be a common choice, unless your character building choices permit you to make a uncommon/rare choice on something. This Adventure Path comes with its own backgrounds, their use is not required, but highly recommended as they yield additional bonuses and tie your character into the campaign
The players are currently level 7 the kingdom just hit it's first crisis but goes strong. The party currently consists of: Fighter, Gunslinger, Cleric and Bard.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
For my games you will need a discord account, a relatively decent microphone and headphones. There is no account required for my foundry server. Access to the foundry server's game is generated by me. If you are a beginner to Pathfinder and/or Foundry: I'm more than happy to give you a tour to both, explain everything and if necessary give you recommended reading during session zero, so you can start into your first real session with a good feeling.
What Aeon / Kalle brings to the table
- Nearly 30 years of experience as a Game Master and player in tabletop rpgs. - The premium Adventure Path on my own Foundry Server with 24/7 uptime, which in itself comes with lots of quality of life mods and more. - Beautiful tokens for monsters, npcs and player characters - A dedicated Discord server with a very friendly, helpful community to geek out with.

How Aeon / Kalle creates a safe table
Safe Place I consider my games to be a safe space to have fun in, away from the troubles of everyday life. As such i have a zero-tolerance policy towards the discussion of politics, harrasment, racism and anything against gender identity and LGTBQ+ culture. Everyone is welcome at my table as long as they respect everyone else at the table. It is that simple! Session Zero, Lines, Veils and Limits All my games launch with a Session Zero before they actually take off. In the Session Zero we discuss as a group what we want for the campaign (Alignment and goals of the group, powerlevels etc), then we discuss and set lines and veils as well as limits for each player indivially. Everything will be compiled in a document by me. If a player joins us at a later date, we will have the Session Zero on a one-to-one basis, where i will inform them about the current state of the document and if they would like to add to it. At the next session i will then inform all players about any changes to the Lines, Veils and Limits document. X, N and O Cards If anything gets triggered a player can usually just pipe up in voice chat, but many elect to put it into chat to not disrupt the flow. This usually takes the form of keywords such as red, orange and green. Stars and Whishes My door is always open for critique and I handle it very professionally. Never feel bad about communicating your wishes and critique to me. If you have issues with another player or their playstyle, please just contact me. I believe that most issues can be resolved just with communication. Breaks I have one scheduled break in the middle of the game, usually 5-10 minutes long. If a player needs a break, they can just pipe up in voice or chat and does not need to feel bad about it. RL happens to all of us! However the game usually continues (The others after all also paid for the game and want their money's worth out of a session!)
