The Triangle Zone
Monster of the Week | Campaign
About the adventure
The seaside town of Terastown is a premier tourist destination. Scenic views, top notch excursion opportunities and impeccable service are just a few of the hallmarks that this tiny town boasts. But it hides a deep secret... Well, a secret from the rest of the world, but everyone in town knows what's up. You can't keep secrets in small towns after all. You see, these new islands, Van Wink's Archipelago, are smack dab in the middle of THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE! Being in such a strange mysterious place means that Van Wink's Archipelago attracts all manner of terrible creature and strange happening. Terastownians know that if the world found out their town was a magnet for murderous monsters than the tourism trade would dry up, and its not like these volcanic islands have much more in the way of natural resources to exploit. Brave townsfolk have taken it upon themselves to protect their little slice of paradise and help their neighbours stay in business. Are you one of these brave fools? What may have brought you to Terastown? Or are you running from something? Maybe your parents were among the first settlers of the town 50 years ago or maybe you washed up on shore one day and were adopted by the waitress of the local diner. Whatever brought you here doesn't matter, what matters is that Terastown is your home and no filthy monsters will destroy your home!
Game style
Theater of the Mind
“Theater of the Mind” uses little to no visuals for scene settings and combat. Instead, the narrative imagery comes from the Game Master’s descriptions and character action and movement comes from Players’ descriptions.

Creativity
Storytelling
Teacher
Eric is an encyclopedia of Pathfinder rules and lore, but he's a fun, approachable encyclopedia... like a pokedex or a picture book about dinosaurs. His campaign has been a great way for me to learn PF2e. I attribute that to his DM skills and the culture he establishes in his games.
Eric was my GM for a Wrath of The Righteous game (which is still running on this platform). Rather than a direct telling of the module, Eric took the bones of it and dressed it with his own narrative flavorings. He adjusts combat to suit the skill levels of the party, and very much appreciates player creativity. He draws his own maps, which is a skill in of itself. He introduced me to a VTT that was new to me (Owlbear Rodeo), and was very good at easing the players into using it. Overall, Eric is clearly a veteran Game Master with a ton of entertainment to offer. I highly recommend giving one of his games a go!

What I provide
20+ years of Game Mastery experience 2+ years of Monster of the Week I watched shows like X-Files and Xena, and Buffy waaaaay to young. Big fan of horror. Some of my favourites: Alien Aliens Friday the 13th The Thing I provide voices for every character and mood music. I am very collaborative and take suggestions from my players. This is more your story than it is mine and I want my players to have ownership of their fate.
