Yon is a wind-scoured mountain realm under storm-dark skies, ruled by Endelyn Moongrave, a hag with a flair for theatre and a habit of collecting unhappy endings. The paths here lead to ancient stone henges, fey beacons, and a foreboding citadel carved into the tallest peak in the land. Not everyone who enters leaves. But you're not everyone. This is a game for people who love to talk, explore, and get genuinely invested in their characters. Combat happens, but the most important moments will be the conversations, the choices, and the unexpected directions your character takes the story. New players are just as welcome as veterans; if you've never played D&D before, this is a great table to start at. Your DM is welcoming, flexible, and genuinely excited to meet your character and see where they go. Bring your ideas, your questions, and your character concepts. They'll find a home here. Creating your character
You can create your character in D&D Beyond before or during our one-on-one Session 0. All official races and classes are welcome. For ability scores, we will be using the point-buy method. If you end up needing any help at all, I am happy to give lots of guidance!
We've very recently had another new player join, so you wouldn't be the only one! Everyone is currently level 6, and we have a ranger, fighter, cleric, warlock, and sorcerer.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Equipment A clear, working microphone is required. Please make sure your microphone is working before the session. Headphones. A webcam is not needed, but is welcome and encouraged. Software An account with Discord is required. We will be using Discord for voice chat and general game management, Roll20 for character creation, and Foundry VTT for session maps and content. Roll20 and Foundry VTT are best used on a computer. https://discord.com/ https://roll20.net/ Game Understanding and Virtual Tabletop Use Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition rules is helpful but not mandatory. We'll clarify rules as we go and support our new players! The same goes for your understanding of Roll20 and Foundry VTT. Mindset Come prepared to be part of a deeply engaging narrative adventure! Our game thrives on teamwork, imaginative thinking, and mutual respect.
What Vee brings to the table
A Discord server will be set up for the game. On Foundry VTT I will be bringing custom maps, tokens and music. Also expect tailored NPCs and encounters not found in the module book.

How Vee creates a safe table
Upon joining the campaign, I will invite you to the Discord server, where there will be a link to the RPG consent checklist. The content warnings include things that may never come up, so please include whatever you're uncomfortable with. My approach balances the game's overall experience with a reasonable adherence to rules, emphasizing creative storytelling while ensuring gameplay remains structured and coherent. Expect a lively, engaging game with me, where the rules are respected but not to an excessive degree, allowing for a fluid, role-playing rich experience. I infuse some humor and comedic scenarios throughout, and carefully shape the narrative to facilitate character development and the advancement of individual backstories and goals. Visual elements are integral to my campaigns. I present players with visual references of the environments they explore and the characters they encounter, enhancing immersion and helping them to more fully embody their characters and the captivating worlds they inhabit.
