About Vee
Hi there! I’m Vee, and I've been running games as a Game Master for about six years now. I love crafting immersive, character-driven adventures that emphasize deep storytelling, meaningful connections, and collaborative creativity. At my table, your character’s journey is at the heart of everything, and your choices actively shape the world and narrative around you. My games are perfect for players who enjoy roleplaying, exploring personal story arcs, engaging in dynamic interactions, and uncovering thrilling narrative twists. I aim to create a welcoming, inclusive, and richly detailed environment where everyone feels free to fully explore their characters and contribute to an evolving story. I’m excited to meet your character and dive into their adventures with you, so let's build some unforgettable stories together! What You Can Expect at My Table - A safe and inclusive environment (LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC-friendly) - Roleplay-focused gameplay where your character’s story truly matters - Collaborative storytelling where creativity and player agency are encouraged - Welcoming atmosphere for both new and experienced players Looking for a Game? Take a look at my listed games, or reach out directly if you're interested in a custom campaign or one-shot. I'm always happy to chat and help you find the perfect game! More About Me (Beyond the Dice!) I’m 36 years old, currently living in Canada, and have been passionate about storytelling and roleplay since I was about 11. My journey started in Pokémon chatrooms before moving onto forum-based RPGs across various fandoms (Harry Potter, Star Wars, X-Men, general fantasy, anything that sparked my imagination!). I discovered tabletop RPGs through D&D 5e in 2018 and haven't looked back. These days, I play and run a variety of games and love supporting players as they tell meaningful, character-focused stories. If you enjoy roleplay-driven adventures filled with rich storytelling and meaningful character moments, I’d love to roll some dice together! 🎲

I became a GM because
I wanted all my friends to be able to experience playing D&D for the first time (and later, many other systems). When we couldn't find anyone else to run the games, I decided to step up and learn how to create that awesome first experience for them myself! Teaching new players is still amazing too.
People are always surprised when I tell them
That I was incredibly shy about roleplaying at first. Honestly, I actually cried when put on the spot in my first live game! It took years to overcome that fear. Now I love being a GM and I deeply understand the nervousness that new (and experienced) players can feel sometimes. It's normal!
When I'm not running games I'm...
Collecting hobbies like they're going out of style! Video games, board games, crochet, embroidery, cosplay, jewellery making, cosplay, you name it! And when I'm not crafting, I'm chasing after my cute trouble-making rabbit Jin, who is also a bundle of fun.

I deal with rules issues by...
Hearing out all perspectives, making a temporary ruling so we can keep playing, then revisiting the issue properly between sessions after I've had time to research it thoroughly. The game should keep flowing if possible, but I want my players to know I'm taking the issue seriously as well.
My favorite trope is...
The classic 'damsel in distress' or 'prince in peril' who turns the tables completely. Whether they're secretly the villain, the real power behind the throne, or just far more capable than anyone assumed, I love giving these characters hidden depths and agency. However, not always, of course!
My games focus on...
Character development and interpersonal dynamics. I love creating scenarios where your character's personality, relationships, and choices drive the story forward. Your character's background, motivations, and relationships should matter just as much as their stats, if not more.

I love it when a player
Surprises me with an unexpected but totally in-character choice that changes everything! It shows they're deeply invested, thinking like their character, and willing to shake things up in ways that make the story more meaningful for everyone at the table.
My perfect party mix is
Everyone playing the character they’re most excited about! Whether it’s a bubbly bard with too many secrets, a grumpy healer with a heart of gold, or a talking raccoon who thinks they’re a knight. When the players love their characters, I find the story truly comes alive in unforgettable ways.
My table is not the place for...
Bigotry of any kind. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and welcome at the table, no matter their race, gender, sexuality, or background. We’re here to tell stories together, and that only works when everyone is treated with kindness and respect.
