About the adventure

Each session will be at MAX 6 players, but we have a few spots reserved for people dropping in when others are unavailable. We will dive into a group of soldiers fighting against all odds. You will be a member of the Brigade who has survived the devastating loss at the Battle of Tpres. Now, you and your comrades are retreating toward Widowstone Keep while attempting to survive as it is the last bastion of hope left on this Plane (Im-Shiga). Your team will go on various missions, but they will be episodic in nature. Most are designed to be completed in 1-3 total sessions, making it ideal for new players to learn the game and easy to have characters pop in for an adventure and pop out. The Brigade has a lot of soldiers! At least for now… Thus our story begins, its time TO ADVENTURE! ------ New players will be able to jump right in with pre-made character sheets that already have a backstory tied into the plot of the adventure for a streamlined introduction; allowing players to go from no knowledge of DND to rolling dice within 15 minutes!

About me

Welcome! I go by Scout and I'm a professional Dungeon Master and freelance designer. I have been creating worlds since I was a kid, and once I learned about Dungeons and Dragons, it was a dream come true! I have been a DM and player in multiple campaigns and one-shots so whether its a custom game, or a module, I am the DM for you. I specialize in helping new players get their footing and introduce them into the wonders of Dungeons and Dragons. I also design Vinyls and T-shirts so if your band of heroes needs outfits or accessories I can help with that too :).

Character creation

Creating your character

You will build your character prior to the first session in Shard Tabletop. I will be fully available to aid and answer any questions on discord to help. Alternatively, you can use one of the pre-generated ones I have built. If you are bringing one, use Standard Array or Standard Point Buy for stats. Starting gear is per players handbook. We will discuss further backstory integration in Session 0! I am open to any official content, DM me directly if you want to homebrew (:

The current party

New players will be level 8! The first session is 50% Off. You can feel out the table and see how you enjoy my DM style. I have a bunch of reviews so check out my profile, you won't be disappointed (:

What to expect

Preparing for the session

1. Players should create a free Shard Tabletop and Discord Account. 2. Players need to have access to a laptop and microphone 3. Webcam is preferred, but is not needed 4. Players will want to test their microphone on Discord. 5. Players should create a space from which to play that is quiet and relatively free of distractions as this is the way to get the most out of the game!
