About the adventure
This campaign centers around helping out the town of Phandalin and surrounding frontier region from the terror of the white dragon named Cryovain who has descended upon the Sword Mountains, claiming the snow-capped range as its domain. The dragon patrols the skies around Icespire Peak, surveying its territory while hunting for food and easy treasure. With each passing day, the dragon’s domain grows as it ranges farther across the land, preying on anything it can catch with its claws or freeze to death with its icy breath. Sightings of the dragon are becoming more common, as are its attacks. This adventure that will take you from 1st-6th level provides a balance of all three pillars of DnD with greater focus being on the two pillars of combat and social interaction.

Meet the Game Master
About me
My first introduction to DnD was in college where I was a player in a couple of sessions of a game before it fizzled out. I enjoyed those sessions as a player a lot but a couple years would pass until in 2019 I went and bought the Essential Kit to play with a few of my friends from school. I instantly fell in love with running the game. Since then I have ran a couple different yearlong campaigns for different friend groups as well as a number of high level short arcs. Introducing new players to the game has been one of my favorite things to do since learning to running the game whether it be for friends or even introducing my family to the game. If you are a player in my game you have the benefit of the shared compendium content of DnDBeyond for character creation from the following books: Player’s Handbook Volo’s Guide to Monsters Xanathar’s Guide to Everything Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide Mythic Odysseys of Theros Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons I play on AboveVTT with Discord to supplement for audio.
