Occasionally you play with a GM you don't know, and they not only meet the level you expect from their reviews, but they far exceed your expectations. Pip is a gifted storyteller who sets the scene for players using rich, visceral descriptions. His scene setups are a rich tapestry of visuals matched with sounds and scents that get your senses and imagination firing on all levels. In short, Pip is a Theatre of the Mind master. Rules knowledge, rule of cool, and common sense all come together to make for a very enjoyable time. You can't miss signing up for one of his games. I strongly recommend you do so immediately!

Graylion is truly a master, bringing fun ideas, rolling with your ideas and setting up a great time from beginning to end. He uses innovative tools to add ambiance and mood to the game and knows his games very well. He uses that knowledge to guide players through the game without long explanations. With Graylion you're going to get playing right away and learn as you go.

Much more than a retread or railroad of the TV show. Don't let its branding fool you, this is a GREAT zombie/apocalypse RPG. Solid as a one-shot but shines in campaign mode. The Walkers are not so much individual monsters you must slay. They are more like a force of nature to contend with as you play through the life of a group of survivors. Deal with other factions, resolve challenges with your haven, and find the next resource to stay alive. Great tools for campaign mode, creative mechanics where players do almost all the rolling.

This is my favorite diversion from any other game, perfect for one-shots. Yet, has a great campaign mechanism too. If you love a mystery, horror, and reaching conclusions without having to chop and blast, this game is for you! Think, emote, and play through your flawed character's story while solving mysteries one night at a time. Love this game!

You might be thinking "how fun can it be to get chased and killed by a Xenomorph over and over again?" And that's a fair assumption, but it's an incorrect one. Alien RPG is one of the best games out there. It's an incredible diversion from D&D and there's lots of ways for your 'Game MUTHUR' to bring about your PCs demise. There are also more horrors out there than you think... It's horror survival at its best and don't worry, PC death is built into the framework so you continue to have fun and can lean into your character's final moments. As a player, it's frightening, exciting, and liberating. As a GM, it's hilarious and a joy to run.
