Paul has done a great job. He's good at improvising on the fly (an absolute necessity when playing with me, I'm chaos incarnate), and is open to creative solutions. My experience with him is through Fantasy Flight Games: Edge of the Empire, which requires a considerable amount of improvisation to keep up with the dice. I've thoroughly enjoyed playing with him as the GM, and have no criticisms on his performance as GM.
